If i could choose zero stars i would. I contacted Matt through thumbtack amd after a few messages that went unresoonded to he finally just deleted our thumbtack conversation and thus the verbal agreement we had made to fix my computer. All I was asking him to do was fix my charging port on my laptop. I’m so disappointed because he seemed like a nice guy at first but apparently decided it was ok to simply right off a customer.
Please do not use Matt or broadview technology solutions or you could run into the same issues I did.
