This has to be the worst McDonald’s in the entire global franchise. I eat there because of convenience and am rarely surprised that my order is correct.
The employees are anything to be desired due to lack of understanding what I order is what I want. The employees are openly rude. I have never seen such a lack of competence by an entire group of people. I’m not sure what is going on with this particular store but the Corporate Office needs to come in, fire all of them and start over. This place is extraordinarily bad.

At here tonight. Food was typical McDonald’s food. What gets this establishment the 1 star rating is the employees. While eating a employee was talking to another guest about how stupid the people that came in were. He caught me looking at him and tried to change his story.
After he went back behind the counter he continued to talk down to guest. I’m assuming this is because he thinks they are dumb.
Way to go McDonald’s Burnet.

This place is beyond convenient, located right next to a gas station and its 24⁄7. So all those late nights after church and wanting to grab a quick bite to eat before our 3 year old passes out on the way home! The place is very well kept and pretty spacious! Also has a good size plays cape! Great workers too! Can’t say I would go to any others after going here, the fries are not too salty and always warm and fresh! Love it!

I have visited this McDonald’s about once a week for the past month or so. My son likes to play on the play place and I enjoy him wearing out some energy. The staff has been consistently friendly on each visit. The only name I have caught is Drew because he is almost always my cashier but there have also been several ladies that come around to check on me and play with my son. I am very impressed by their outstanding customer service. I typically only get a french fry and a soda, but the fries are good and I haven’t had a flat soda yet. The play place is usually pretty clean. I did have one visit when there was food on the ground outside but for the most part they keep the area clean.

The order taker was rude and the server presented us with a cone that was upside down in a cup. When my husband asked about the ice cream the server said, «oh, uh the ice cream is soft». Uh yeah it’s soft, it’s soft serve ice cream. Ug. Worst McDonalds ever.
