I would have to agree with all others regarding the older women behind the counter being rude. See is the owner of the place and when I inquired about renting a space there she was not helpful and says she has a very long waiting list. It would be nice if she had info typed up, available to hand out regarding booth space rentals.

I’m basing the 3 stars on the variety and amount of stuff to browse thru, and the prices. Big store, lots to look at, reasonable prices. I walked away with lots of smalls that I’m super happy with… What they are and their prices! There is not a lot of big furniture pieces, mostly smaller items. There are shopping carts as mentioned in the previous review, so I advise grabbing one of those when you walk in the door in case you do find some things. As for the shop owners/workers, I did encounter a lady at the register only. No one ever walked thru the store and asked if I needed any help, or if I was searching for anything in particular, or if they could relieve me of some items from my hands and take up to the register. No super warm welcome, but I did not have a rude experience either. She was actually somewhat chatty with me when I was checking out, probably just because I’m chatty myself haha. I did have to ask for a price on an end table, and asked her if she wanted to walk back there with me to look at it herself so she’d know what I was talking about, but instead she asked me to find out the dealers space number, so she could call her for me. Not a huge deal and she did make the call to the dealer for me, but kinda odd she didn’t go look at it with me. So yes, customer service may be lacking a little bit here, but overall it’s a good store to walk through and find some items.

If the counter woman and husband respected the customers as much as their containers of food it would be a pleasant experience. I say, LOCK the door at 4 pm so feeding time won’t bother the customers.

Went in there to pick up a bed my friend had purchased the day before, in my truck. The woman behind the counter was so rude. She was rude to her employees, rude to other customers and incredibly rude to me for absolutely no reason at all. Wouldn’t even show me where to find the bed. I ended up locating it, and carrying it out one handed with my baby on my hip and four year old behind me. The stuff and products are FABULOUS, but I will not be returning due to the grinch behind the counter.

I have two things to say about this place. First is that, shopping wise, it is excellent! An amazing variety of items most of which are priced quite low! This would garner it a 5STAR review! Unfortunately, I experienced the same poor customer service(presumably from the same woman mention in the other 2 reviews). I asked a 60ish woman behind the counter if I could leave a small glass vase and a salt &pepper shaker set there with her while I peaked around the corner at some furniture. She told me that I needed to get a basket from around the corner«in case they got busy». I just took them with me. Only to find a sign that says«no carts in furniture area» when I got there! This would garner it a 1STARREVIEW. I have averaged it out to the 3 stars you see. Too bad the amazing vendors are being punished with a rude cashier. I’m sure it will begin to affect their sales.

I found an item I wanted, but it didn’t have a price tag. I asked the woman at the counter and she said how would she know! I asked if we told her the booth number, could she find out. She huffed and kind of shook her head, so we left without making any purchases. What happened to customer service?
