Waffle House

Really great waffles. I went the first time with a friend and she was a pro, I wasn’t. She suggested the waffles which I got with chocolate chips. It was awesome. We did have to wait about 10 minuets for a seat. All the seats have you sitting with strangers which I thought was awkward. My biggest complaint is customer service. Not in a racial way, but the waitresses were straight ghetto. Talking about fighting each other for not getting this table or not doing that. Cussing across the restaurant. I mean just real unprofessional.

The experience at this restaurant is completely dependent on what you order and who you draw as your waitress.
This morning, I had the old, grouchy, waitress that I’ve been dreading. She looks like she served in the Navy, on the USS North Carolina in WWII.
Secondly, don’t ever order the «city» ham. Why? Because it sucks. Country ham is DEE-​licious. City ham is some amalgamated, ham-​esque, gristle filled, Frankenstein product, that’s not fit to feed to a dog.
Their All-​star breakfast features two eggs any style. I usually get my eggs scrambled. The quantity that is served is about four bites. I swear the two eggs must be quail eggs.
Their coffee is just not very good. It is acidic as all get out. I added beaucoup cream and sugar, but it still didn’t taste as good as what I make at home. Sadly, I NEED coffee to jump start my system. I can’t afford to order the OJ, here without taking out a bank loan.
My waitress ordered a waffle for me without asking if that’s what I wanted. I usually sub this out for biscuits and gravy, which is much better. I usually get ice water to accompany my meal — not today.
Today was a two star experience, that made me look for another breakfast alternative in the Graham area. I will probably eat here again, but I sure as heck won’t be ordering «city» ham again — ever.

Wow well I can believe I have had it all because here I was in this town at a waffle house here is my problem it was just o.k. I wanted my browns (all the way) and sure the were that way but the taste was not there they say it was but let me tell you it was not. my waitres well she was nice and also said hello but here is my other problem I can not here everything you say and i think that is ipmortant for me to here what you are saying because maybe then it will be easier to talk and also listen. so anyway ia also had a waffles and let me just say it was why they call this house a waffle! but also let me just say that the coffee was just o.k. and this is my reason were is the flavor because i wall tell you were it is not it is not in the coffee because it was no flavor! What is this water drink I am drinking that is also brown but not coffeE? So i left the restarant and I paid and the price was nice and I would just like to say thet it was cheap so maybe when the time come that you are driving down a road and yo are in this town maybe you will want to stop well first let me just say how hungrey are you and number two is if you are really hungrey maybe you wil stop because well what can i say let me just say it was o.k. but thanks anyway!

Greasy, dirty, and delicious! IT is Waffle House — do not go in looking for fine dining, but great fast breakfast food at its best!

Right around the corner from my apartment… this place is good ANY TIME OF THE DAY!!! Food is good, and comes out quick and hot! My only complaint is that my drink sometimes gets empty and it takes a minute to get a refill… but other than that it’s a great place!!! Super friendly service as well!!!

Scattered covered and smothered. This particular waffle house was a chosen destination for all four years of my college life and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to visit it this morning. I thought I might, but didn’t recognize any of the employees. But everyone was super nice with the greetings, an the happy Easters, and the would you like a warm up on your coffees.
The only thing missing this day was some of those waffle house tunes.
