Mine & my boyfriends first time purchasing a car (2015 Mazada6). We were really nervous because of many horror stories we had heard about dealers strong arming customers into an unfair price. We worked with Dana and he helped us come to a very fair price within a short period of time. We had done our homework and knew what a fair price was. We, quite literally, told him what we wanted and that’s what we got. It was honestly a very pleasant experience and we highly recommend this dealership to those who are looking into Mazadas!

I’be been a proud Mazda owner in Bellingham for 4 years now, so my closest service center is this one in Burlington. over the years they have consistently given sub-​par service. On several occasions I was not notified that the service on my car was complete until I went up and asked. Each time they were «incredibly busy and forgot».
On the Sales side, I went in to get a new 2014 model and while they didn’t have the exact car I wanted, I worked with Dana and we wrote down exactly what trim, features, color, etc. I was looking for. He said he would look into it. A week later I called him and he had no recollection that we had even met! I ended up making my purchase at the Mazda of Everett… I gave them one last chance when my new car’s stereo system froze and wouldn’t tun on. I waited for 2 hours and they had no idea what was wrong and were «waiting on Mazda corporate» to help them out with no ETA. I had to get back to work so I left. That weekend I took my car down to the Everett facility where they knew right away how to reset the system and that there was a software update available. In and out in 30 minutes including the car wash! It’s a shame they’re the closest Mazda dealership, but I now avoid them at all costs.

Have purchased three vehicles with Luke in sales. Luke is amazing and will take care of you and your needs. It has always been the easiest new car purchase you could ask for. Last car we purchased was in and out in an hour! Can’t do that at ANY other dealership I guarantee it!

I am not pleased with the service I received at Skagit Auto Center. I was notified by mail that my car may have extended warranty coverage due to a problem with heavy white exhaust smoke. We noticed said smoke some time after we had read the letter. I called made an appointment and took my car in to get it checked out. When I picked my car up I was told they could not find anything wrong with the car. GREAT!!! Who wants to deal with annoying problems such as this one. A week later my car started pouring smoke out of the tail pipes while idling. Not just a little noticeable smoke, it looked as if a fog machine was present. I called, made an appointment and took my car back in. I was given much attitude when asked if this was still under the warranty extension program. I expressed my concerns and told them what had happened. I asked again to make sure he wasn’t going to charge me for the visit and he stated «no». Then another man came out and starts talking very disrespectful to me and says «well, it is kinda like going to the doctor. He may find something wrong with you and he may not, but he is still going to charge you». So now you are telling me you are going to charge me, and he said «yes we have to charge you». I then told them I was not going to leave my car and left. REALLY!!! They acted as if I enjoy taking me car in to have it checked out for nothing. YES, it is a hobby of mine to waste my time when I have many other things to do during my day. Insert sarcasm here! Mind you, this was only part of the tongue lashing I received. I called Mazda of Everett, explained the situation almost in tears and they made me an appointment assuring me there would be no charge. This run in with Skagit Auto Center ruined my day and I will not let it happen again. There is no excuse to talk down or treat a customer like this. I am more than disappointed, I am disgusted!
