I read David C’s one star review and that sounded really bad. I think that really is bad. However, I will only judge based on my experience there. First, the location is not that great and it seems very under visited, unless you are going to Northern Tool or Burlington Coat Factory. My family of four met some friends there. It cost $ 5 per kid and then we spent a total of about $ 10 on tokens for about $ 20 spent total for about an hour of play. The staff was very friendly with us and our play experience was an enjoyable one. We came in the middle of the day on Saturday and there were only about 15 people here at best. This gave my youngest child a chance to play without getting stepped on by other larger kids and she had a wonderful time running around and challenging herself to experience the new to her larger slides and bouncy houses. I think we would go back, especially on rainy days when you don’t really want to be outside. However, on nice days, we are the outdoorsy kind of family.
