Plenty of parking. Greeted and seated promptly. Lasagna lover’s promo currently. Came in for the usual tour of Italy. Service was ok. Happy they serve coke zero. Tables have the ziosk for quick pay and games. Been seeing these around a lot now. Our server didn’t go above and beyond. She was polite and did one refill and checked on us once part way through the meal.

Had a great OG experience. Was seated promptly, out on a lunch date with my daughters and neice. The server recognized that we were more in a hurry so my 1 year old wouldn’t lose her marbles(it was past her nap time). Had app trio with motz sticks and calamari both hot and delicious. And the kids and I split the Shrimp and chicken carbanara, which as always was amazing! I wish I could remember our servers name, he was awesome!

My experience was ok. The customer service was ok. The manager was going around the restaurant to check on things, which I thought was great as well. I wanted to complain but for my daughter’s sake I didn’t…but… The drinks my daughter and son in law ordered were watery and filled to the top with ice. They had strawberry lemon aid and a tea drink, but they ordered extra coke. It took a lot for me to hold my tongue, because I thought they should have been comped the other drinks. At least, our server should have noticed that they didn’t finish their drinks before ordering soda, and should have asked if there was a problem with them. I just ordered the appetizer sampler but it wasn’t very good. The stuffed mushrooms were hot and the rest was warm and tasted like boxed food. I wouldn’t recommend the sampler. I guess my daughter and son in laws meals were okay. They didn’t complain. The salad and bread sticks were alright as well. I would go back, but I definitely would be more vocal, especially since I could have made something tastier at home.

Me and my family have visited this Olive Garden 2 times in the last 6 months and I am very disappointed with the service that we have received both times we have been in the restaurant. I have worked in the restaurant business for 10 years either bartending/waitressing or on the management side so I know how most of the waitstaff perceive families with multiple children. I also know how sometimes things just go wrong and you have a bad night in a restaurant. The first time we went in with my family and we had a horrible experience I gave the waitress and restaurant the benefit of the doubt that being said when we had gone again last night and happen to have the same waitress as our first visit and we received once again the worst service I have ever had in all my experience in restaurants I now feel this is a staff and establishment problem. I rarely go out to eat because I have 3 children 2 of which are under 3 so it’s just easier to eat at home. I make sure my children behave none of them are allowed to get up from the table, run around the restaurant, yell or scream, or even be a distraction for other customers or I will pay for our Meal pack them up and leave. My children were well behaved. My youngest will make a mess when he eats and I always get down on the floor and clean it up(even though this is not necessary but I know the staff appreciate it). Anyway the point is we have now been treated horribly by the same waitress, ignored and the other staff we came across were just down right rude. I was carrying my 11 month old with my hands full trying to get to the bathroom to change him and a waitress just cuts me off and I almost drop my son and all the things I am carrying and instead of apologizing, she mean mugged me and walked away. And the bathrooms were just filthy and the floors were soaking wet. I can excuse one bad experience but 2 in a row is just ridiculous and this restaurant has definitely lost me and my families business.

Worst service ever! Will never go into an Olive Garden again. The Burlington restaurant is the worst!

By far the best Olive Garden i’ve had the pleasure of visiting. Amazing wait staff that is always on the ball, the management is terrific and always willing to help if you’re not completely pleased with the meal. I will never go to a different location after the great service here.

I come to Olive Garden at least once a month with my best friend. It’s our go to place for girls night. Whenever we have had an issue with ANYTHING it has been taken care of immediately, respectfully, and have been very well taken care of. That is why I am rating them five stars. The food is great. It’s what you would expect. Friendly people and environment.

Just like any other Olive Garden. Greasy food. Service is okay. Just a low end Italian cuisine.

I love their chicken alfredo! I get it everytime! I was disappointed to see the salad has changed since the last time I went. I liked the plain chicken Caesar salad. I feel you get more onions and carrots and other stuff than you do lettuce.

we looked around to see if we were on Candid Camera. the service was so BAD, it was insane. every trick you learn in training to NOT do — our waiter did. no silverware. no menus. took forever. he came to talk to us and set a dirty plate of someone’s used food down to chat. never again. I used to like OG. the one in Bellingham, WA was always good. or in Seattle. just not the one in Burlington. nope.

It’s been over two years since we’ve been to an Olive Garden. This location just happened to be in the vicinity and they are offering the never ending pasta bowl. We arrived at right about 5 pm. There was a 10 to 15 minute wait for a table. We found one in the bar instead. Our waiter arrived promptly with menus and water. We told him we already knew what we wanted, so we ordered. We had two bowls of salad, love their dressing, while waiting for our main courses. Our pastas arrived a short time later. Devoured those and ordered our second bowls. Thought I would try the asiago garlic alfredo. It was okay, but I probably wouldn’t order it again. Service, atmosphere, food were all good. We would stop at this location again.

Just ok, the salad is bag salad like from Costco. nothing special the bread was way too salty and a bit on the cold side. I feel that they could do better food wise and service it takes a while to get service and a courteous server. I did not like the way our dinner was just plopped down it even splashed out the bowl our server guy did not even offer to clean it let alone an apology… I don’t even serve my dog that way!

It’s a chain and one that my MIL loves and one close around in our area for my Husband’s breadstick addiction. We came on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend around 12:10 as we were being dropped at Sea-Tac later that afternoon. We were a party of 7 and the place was packed. We had a 20 minute wait and were seated at a long table in a room with another long table and tons of smaller tables and a few booths. This was a difficult OG experience. Loud room, weird service, food brought out sporadically, and the list goes on. Yes, the salad and breadsticks are still great but this is not my preferred chain(but it beats Carl’s Jr. any day and that is what the in-laws all love).

Had a wonderful dinner. Ordered my seafood Alfredo with some chicken fritta to add to it. Delish is what I’m gonna say.

Crazy how they have a new ordering tablets system! Me and my family(A group of 5 people) went there at 5:15pm and wanted to have a early dinner. It’s quite nice we only waited about 20 minutes to get our table. We saw the tablet on the table and it’s for ordering drinks, appetizers and desserts! Nope, no full menu yet but the recommended and new things are on the tablet. You can simply order it through the tablet and the waitress don’t even need to come! However our waitress tonight did came to us and make our drinks order. So it’s a little messy since we already put our orders in the tablet. But she wanted us to just order it with her… Not quite nice I’d say. But anyways we ordered and waited a while. Then we decided to order an appetizer on the tablet! Which is very successful! And the order came really fast!(The waitress didn’t even came ask us or anything!) so the tablet ordering my system definitely works. :) i like it a lot. Also we can just order things whenever we want. Real nice. Ok the food! Food are good and good looking. They cleaned the plate before putting down our tables which is a great kitchen would do. Also me and my hubby shared a dish and they separated it with two plates so we don’t have to split it ourselves! How nice is that! :D Desserts we ordered it through the tablet too and it came out really fast. I’d say it’s faster than order it through waitress… But I can’t prove it so oh well let’s just say I really like the tablet! lol After all the meal is good, great plating, good looking, flavorful, tasty and Big portion! The environment is great, a lot of space to move around and you won’t hear what the next table are talking about. Really nice décor and clean! Service is a little messy since they brought the tablet in and the waitress seems a little lost with it. But she is still nice and friendly. Lovely people! I had a great dinner with my family tonight, a great place to have dinner with a group! Recommended!

It really is the Denny’s of Italian food. Ever hear the old saying that you can get things good, fast and cheap but only two of those things at a time? Well this place proves you can also get known of those things at the same time.

The Dennys of Italian food. I’ve tried it multiple times. It’s always the same. Disappointing. The only thing good about this place is the cold beer, bread sticks and friendly service.

I had a party of 4. I ordered the salmon with Broccoli. The Broccoli was cold so I asked the server to replace it. Same with the replacement stone cold. The service was great, the rest of the food was good. The price was on the high side for cold food :).

How I heard of this place: Many, many years ago when Olive Garden first opened in Bellingham, my parents enjoyed the restaurant and would take their young family out for special occasions or when someone had a craving for the Olive Garden salad. This particular establishment was introduced to me by my friend Leslie on a shopping excursion. Type of cuisine: Simple Italian-inspired cuisine with American flavors. Ambiance: Large setting made to resemble a small Italian home or restaurant. Booth and table/chair seating available throughout the large space, which is broken up into smaller spaces to give a more intimate feeling while dining. Depending on the number of people sitting around you, the family-friendly atmosphere can be loud. On this dinner trip, there were few young’uns around, which meant we could hear each other in coversation from across the table without excessive raising of voices. Friendly staff greet you at the door, holding it open, and at the counter, while seating you and during the course of your meal. What I ordered: On this venture, I ordered what I was introduced to the last time I ate at Olive Garden(also with Leslie and her family about a year ago): Lasagna Fritta($ 9.50), which consists of Parmesan-breaded lasagna pieces, fried and served over alfredo sauce, topped with Parmesan cheese and marinara sauce, lightly sprinkled with fresh grated cheese(to my liking). I also ordered the side of endless salad($ 6.25), without which I cannot leave Olive Garden. My dining companion ordered, also off of the appetizer menu, the Smoked Mozzarella Fonduta($ 8.75) which offered a healthy portion of oven-baked smoked mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan and Romano cheese and served with soft Tuscan bread. She also ordered a bowl of the Zuppa Toscana($ 5.65), prepared with spicy sausage, russet potatoes and cavolo greens in a creamy broth. For dessert, I asked for one of my unlimited refills of Olive Garden’s Garden-fresh Salad with their signature Italian dressing and my dining companion ordered a trio of mini dessert options. Her Dolcini came from the Piccoli Dolci«little dessert treats», layered with cake, mousse, pastry creams and berries(3 for $ 7.35 or $ 2.75 each). Among the available flavors: Chocolate Mousse with Dark Chocolate Cookie Crust * Strawberry & White Chocolate Cream Cake * Limoncello Mousse with Vanilla Cookie Crust * Dark Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Mousse & Caramel Cream * Amaretto Tiramisu with Almond Cookie Crumble. Leslie opted for the Limoncello Mousse, the Dark Chocolate Cake and the Amaretto Tiramisu. Considering the dishes were cleaned out, I take it they were just as tasty as she had hoped! What I loved: I do enjoy the salad, pepperoncini and fresh grated cheese every time. On this occasion, I also loved the lasagna fritta, full of flavor, but not overwhelming or too rich. Why I loved it: On this trip, I loved that we were seated quickly, that we were treated so well and kindly by all of the staff and that the food came out in a timely manner, all to our satisfaction. Cost: Average($ 15-$ 20 for dinner)

I’m in Arlington. There are 2 Olive Garden’s closer to my home than the Burlington establishment — but I gladly make the trek up north every time, for this restaurant is managed so much better than Marysville and Everett! PROS: — Almost never a wait, yet the restaurant always seems very busy. — It’s clean — always! Bathrooms are tidy and spotless, booths and windowsills are wiped down thoroughly. — Food is always spot-on. I can always count on the soup being meaty(not watery). — Wait staff is professional and on the ball. I would really like Olive Garden to build an establishment at Smokey Point, but there is no guarantee it would be run as well as Burlington, and I would probably drive past it just to experience the service up north.
