We went to this clinic mainly because it was close to our home, but we soon became dissatisfied with the medical care our pet was receiving. They are clear that they provide limited services but that should not mean substandard medical care. Dealing with their office personnel is total confusion. The doctor and her spouse, who runs the office, are both somewhat brusque. You get what you pay for, but no amount of cost saving can compensate for putting your pet at risk.

I live in Philadelphia and take my Pug for an annual visit when I am visiting my sister. Dr. McMillan is fantastic! — She spends the time feeling every inch of my dog and asking the right questions. She answers all my questions and has always been available over the phone and through email when different issues have come up with my dog through out the year. A terrific Vet. I highly recommend.

We had a dog who didn’t work and play well with others. Other dogs, other people, other everything. We were up front about it when shopping around for a vet. ONE Vet Clinic was one of the few that would take him, and we are so glad they did. Susan and Becky were great with our dog despite his aggression. They worked with us and taught us a few things about caring for him over the years. Not only are they very professional buy they’re genuinely really nice people and an even better vet clinic team.

We have a regular vet that we’re happy with, but we used their Vet to Pet Mobile service for at home end-​of-​life care for one of our cats. Dr. Susan McMillan was wonderful. She was patient and heard us, offered advice where appropriate, and made the process of having to say goodbye as painless as possible. She even sent us a condolence card and a sample for one of our other cats for a completely unrelated problem. It’s not a cheap service, but likely the most reasonable in the area of folks who offer at home vet service. If I have any criticism it’s that the office process was disorganized (or the mobile service specifically, we can’t speak to regular office visits). We talked to two different folks and while they were both very nice they gave us two different answers for everything and our preferred payment method was not honored, which we believe is an honest mistake but could have been devastating if we hadn’t been able to cover it. We will absolutely use them again and when we do, we’ll be sure to speak to only one person so there is no confusion. Everyone was wonderful and if I were in the market for a new regular vet I’d strongly consider them!

This clinic offers basic veterinary services like exams and vaccines for cats and dogs, at rates lower than some of the other animal hospitals. Be prepared to pay cash, it’s part of how they keep costs down.
Just because they’re inexpensive, doesn’t mean the care isn’t as good! Dr. McMillan has been great with my cat and very helpful with any questions. The office is clean and bright, the office manager is always friendly.
