I had high hopes I really did. So I ordered the fav. pizza… sausage, mushroom, onion, black olive. 18″. $ 25. CANNED MUSHROOMS! Really? I just paid $ 25 for a pizza with canned mushrooms on it. Disgusting. Never again.

This review is strictly for their pizza… we LOVE it! Reasonably priced and it’s good every time. Gotta love it when you order mushrooms on the pizza, they ask you if you want «canned, fresh or portabella». FRESH, please!
The only tip I could offer a customer is that they are pretty generous with their time estimates when you pick it up. Told 40 minutes once and arrived in exactly 40 minutes, but pizza was pretty much cold when I got home 5 minutes later. So the next time, they told me 40 minutes and I arrived in 30… pizza was ready and still hot by the time I brought it home.

This place is no doubt the best pizza place around! We are always gotten perfect pizzas from Napoli’s and it’s such a friendly environment! The food itself is amazing and inside it’s pretty nice too. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. I totally recommend this place!

I have been coming here since I was a kid! Whether it be lasagna or pizza take out, or dinning in for a special occasion or date night. A lot of memories in this restaurant! They have since redone the interior, painting the walls a deep chocolate brown, and displaying more Italian décor, so when you step inside you feel like you’ve stepped in to Italy.
Just a SOLID menu, a lot of Italian cuisine to choose from with high quality products made from traditional Italian recipes. Napoli’s pizza is my favorite I have ever had anywhere, hands down. I was happy to come home and enjoy a takeout pizza with my family for the Packer game!
Some other favorites include gnocchi alla Napoli and tortellini alla Panna. Don’t forget the Sicilian wedding cake, world’s best tiramisu, and cannoli’s as a delightful treat! And delightful, they ARE.
They also deliver! And hey, this is Tony Romo’s favorite restaurant so it must be good ;-)

Visiting family in Wisconsin, we very much enjoyed our meal. We are from Upstate NY where there are many outstanding Italian restaurants, Napoli’s is just as good. Our server was outstanding, attentive but not bothersome. The large menu offered many choices for the six of us. Some of our party had pizza which was a nice thin and crisp crust with just the right balance of toppings. Pasta dishes were delicious and served very hot! The dining room is on the small size and a negative was the door was right behind our table and too much traffic back and forth. Décor was dated. But still a pretty good restaurant.

My husband and I went for the Friday fish fry. The fried version you get 5 pieces. We opted for the baked cod. Wow! One huge piece of fish! Very tasty! Came with soup or salad and a choice of potato! All that for under $ 11.
They also offered some Gluten Free options for pizza and pasta entrees that I would like to try at another time.

We went there on a recommendation. Dining room is on the small side. Quaint but small. There were a large party at the time. We were seated without incident. The menu was rather large so it took us a while to decide. My wife ordered the baked cod and I got the lobster ravioli. They brought out the garlic bread. Delicious! The minestrone soup was the only disappointment. Full of fresh vegetable, the broth lacked seasoning. My wife got the mash potatoes with the gravy. The gravy was outstanding. I cannot tell you about the fish as I am allergic. She said it was good. The lobster ravioli was delicious as well. We will be back… I want to try the pizza.

I’ve given this place 2 tries and both times I’ve had the worst dishes ever. Last time I ordered the fetuccini with shrimp. The shrimp was gummy and smelled bad. I’ll never go back.

Napoli is in the heart of Burlington and the cooking from Anna and Simone is so delicious. Always great friends and family to share your meals with and great talks as well. We go as a family and we love it. Give this a try, you will not be disappointed.

While staying at the Hampton Inn just a couple blocks away I attempted to order delivery at the recommendation of the hotel host. Young lady on phone had difficulty taking my order, put me on hold twice, carried on a conversation with someone while I was talking. I asked to speak to a manager and was placed on eternal hold. I simply walked to the Charcoal Grill where both a greeter and the manager welled me, great food, great decision. I can not recommend this Italian resturant based on poor customer service toward Hampton Inn customers.

I’ve known about this restaurant, but only dined there for the first time this summer. I’ve been there 3 other times since and have been very happy with the food and service. Each time I’ve tried a different pasta dinner and all of them have been fantastic. The red and white sauces are excellent. The ingredients are always fresh, and the service has always been great. I would not hesitate recommending this as a place to stop for a great Italian style dinner.

Love love this place. A few months back we ate here b/​c los Compadre’s closed early. Little did I know that I would not only have some the best Italian food ever but that I would end up switching my caterer for my wedding 2 months before the big day! :) We switched from Gooseberries who were pretty good but Vincenza and Napoli were just much better all around. They made our wedding so special with amazing food and dessert and a nice touch with Limoncello shots. We both think the world of this place especially Vincenza and her family and look forward to coming back. Can’t wait to visit! Also the lobster ravioli is to die for…

The place has THE BEST PIZZA in the Burlington area!!! My wife is Sicilian and comments frequently about how the food at Napoli is «true» Italian /​Sicilian cuisine… the kind like her Grandma used to make. The service is polite /​frequent, the prices are outstanding, the menu is diverse, and it’s a quiet /​relaxed atmosphere. Simply put, this is my favorite restaurant in the Burlington area. Make sure to order some red sauce to go with your garlic bread… it’s ABSOLUTE HEAVEN. The crispy thin crust pizza is to die for!
