McDonald’s

Basically, two different restaurants.
Breakfast is almost always good. The drive up service is fast and the food is served hot.
Dinner is different story. Long wait times for food; 7 to 10 minutes. Then some of the food is cool (not hot). Quality is bad with mushy tomatoes or older-​tasting burgers. Will never return for dinner.

Very nice décor, couches… chairs!!! I was shocked to find a fireplace inside this cozy restaurant. Food was good just service took a little to long.

Simply put, WORST McDONALDS EVER. The double lane drive-​thru just adds to the chaos. You get up to Window 1, and they are confused, asking you what your total is. Or, they just charge you for the wrong order, then have to correct it at Window 2.
Ask for Honey Mustard for your McNuggets, you might get HONEY. Yes, actually honey in a dip packet. WTF?
We now have a little game (for the rare occassions we go here), called «1, 2 or 3» — Meaning, will they screw up 1 thing, 2 things, or 3 things? It’s always at least 1.

come here before high school lets out. i was here with my girlfriend and i guess to people in Burlington that place is the closest thing they have to a mall. such trashy who-​res there. your like what 16 and smoking. and i know its 70 out but dressing skanky is not gonna get you any cooler. i mean im from milwaukee im used to this kind of thing but i mean your a small town id expect a lil more class. then again it is mcdonalds. first and last time ill go there because i only come to Burlington to visit my girl.
so to resolve this alas will not happen.

Credit where credit is due… Mike the manager gave me a call after his owner notified him of a problem. He apologized and stated he’d never had any complaints about this woman before.
The wife said that’s cause the regulars are probably too scared to say anything.
Despite my refusal, the manager is sending us gift certificates that we can use at any McDs, not just his. While Burlington seems like it would be a nice place to visit for the weekend… there’s no way we’ll ever go back to that McDonald’s.
In fact, there’s a 110% chance that these gift certificates will be re-​gifted. I didn’t want them in the first place, all I really wanted was an apology.
I usually raise my ranking a star after the management contacts me, and I am in this case as well… but very reluctantly. If I could give 1.5 I would.
(I really hate how the updates minimize the original reviews… despite the update, the original incident still happened… it’s burying the lead.)

I’v been to many McDonald’s all aroung the world and this one is the worst one. The cooking oil smiles really bad, I just hated and I will never go there again.

This is a pretty good McDonnald’s restaurant. I’ve been here a few times, and the service and cleanliness has always been great.
