Great sevice from the cashiers, good selection of items, easy in-&-out shopping, that’s what I want from a department store. I loathe shopping as a whole, but Kohls makes my shopping nightmare a little easier to bear. Plus, there’s always good sales and coupons to make the trip even better.
I’ve also had great experiences in the returns department. No problems returning things that were obviously a little out of date. The people in there just know how to treat customers well and keep them happy.

I’ve been around the world and back again my friend, and this Kohls does not fit what most Kohls has as standard in the friendly helpful employee department nor in the cleanliness department. It was very disappointing because the easy layout and clean walkways is why I love shopping at the chain. Not here though, and the selection just doesn’t make up for it.

I only have one experience in this store, Saturday 02÷25÷12 around 4pm, but it was good enough to rate them 4 stars. My partner got a few shirts from her grandmother … not exactly her style, so we went to take them back. The tags were on, but there was no receipt and they were probably oldish. Mallory, the woman who helped us, was so nice! Gave us store credit for everything, no hassle. I look forward to going back to use said credit.
