Kin Wong, DMD

I became Dr. Wong’s patient after suffering terrible experiences with other physicians and dentists. He has been honest, compassionate and taken care of the tiniest issue with warmth and graciousness. Dr. Wong and his staff seem to have gone out of their way to see to my well being and I am extremely grateful to them.
I have referred several other patients who had difficult dental issues. They were very pleased with their experiences with Dr. Wong, expressing relief at having found a dentist who listens, cares and does great work.
I had to have work done by an oral surgeon, recommended by Dr. Wong. Dr. Wong took time to consult with the surgeon through out the process and to see me after to be sure I was okay. He is a wonderful person as well as a top professional in the dental field.

I came her because I bought a deal from livingsocial, long story short I got blind sided by a huge bill! I bought the livingsocial deal because I didn’t have health insurance and thought I wouldn’t burn a HUGE hole in my wallet. In the end I still had to spend 900+ on one crown keep in mind that I had a «deal.» I didn’t leave feeling like I was taken care of, I just had a bad feeling like I shouldn’t even come back for my next appointment. I knew I needed the dental work done, and I felt like there was no turning back!
I came back to get my tooth shaved down for a temporary crown. At first I thought it was o.k. but I ended up biting the inside of my cheek a lot and grinding my teeth. Dr. Kin wong told me it was because my crown was too big, I told him it really bothered me because I’ve never had that problem before in my life.
When I came in for my next visit to finally get my permanent crown, I thought my problem would be fixed and my teeth would be perfect. NOW months later I have a new dentist who asked me about my bad crown, when I bite down my teeth don’t align like they use too, it’s awkward. And my teeth still grind. I’m very upset that I spent that much money and now I have a weird bite, and grind my teeth, especially when I let Dr. Kin Wong know these were my biggest issues. Thanks for nothing.

This is the best dental clinic I’ve been so far. I wish I can bring the clinic with me to Austin, Texas. Too bad I have to relocate. Dr. Kin Wong always takes time to explain in detail by showing the x ray picture of the teeth and the problem. The procedures he suggested so far were reasonable and he didn’t push for it. He always ensure I receive enough anesthesia and ask if I’m ok before he proceeds with the procedure. I’m very satisfied with the root canal and crowning he did. I don’t have to wait long for my appointment. The longest was 10min. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Environment is relaxing and clean. The hygienists are very knowledgeable and detail in their work. Plus, they always give me a floss and a toothbrush every time I see them.
They have 360 degree Xray done on the teeth once a year which is cool. Overall, I’m a very satisfied patient.

I’ve been going here for nearly 3 years for all my routine dental visits, and the service is flawless. I never have to wait, everyone is friendly, and the staff is very knowledgeable. Elaine deserves an honorable mention, as she always cleans my teeth with the utmost care and precision, and never loses patience when I ask my thousands of questions (is sparkling water harmful for my teeth?). Every 6 months I leave here with a brighter smile, a new toothbrush, and a feeling that going to the dentist isn’t so bad after all!
