Had tried to do a walk in the week before school started. Big mistake, there was an hour wait. So I left and returned the following week. This time I also made my appointment online in advance. There was only a twenty minute wait for walk ins when I arrived. I only had to wait about 2 minutes.
I was just getting a trim, so I was in and out in no time. Would not hesitate to stop in here again.

Left this place in tears: went and asked for a tiny trim on my long hair and the hairstylist not only took off a lot of my length but also left my layers choppy, the V shape looking like a mullet and thinned my hair out massively. Had to go get a bob the next day to fix what had happened. :(The business also had a bad vibe when I walked in and the ladies working were not friendly.

Last slot and got to it. The stylist I had was nice. Historically, I usually don’t get consistent results from whites (99% asian stylists since forever), but she did a nice job, I thought. She might’ve been a smoker, since I smelled a smoke scent when she stood by me; dangit (!)… the shampoo was ok. No conditioning, just the shampoo. I thought the 2 go hand-​in-​hand?
May have better stylist choices earlier in the day.
