So I stopped here this week on my way headed to NC. As another helper mentioned, the location is somewhat interesting. They have a good selection of housewares! I also found a brand new bottle of Victoria’s Secret pear body spray and body cream for .99-pretty good deal to me. I browsed the clothes and wasn’t too impressed today. I say today because we all know, you have your good and bad days at all Goodwill’s, it’s just a proven fact. While I was standing in line, I saw a worker pull out a new rack from the back full of clothes so I stepped out of line and took at quick look. So glad I did, I scored a pair of authentic True Religion dark denim shorts-Jess in my size and with taxes they were $ 4.10– yes, you read that correctly! A steal of a deal! So actually, today was a GREAT Goodwill day! I will definitely be stopping there again when I’m headed 85 south!

This goodwill is located in the dodgiest building and shopping center I have perhaps ever seen. Like, use the buddy system after dark, yo. The staff was really friendly. I actually got a booming hello as I came through the door, which totally threw me off guard. The clothing leaves quite a bit to be desired. The selection is not old enough to be funky or retro, and not new enough to be current or trendy. You’d be hard pressed to find a good basic(nevermind in decent condition) here. The housewares section was pretty awesome. There were a lot of kitschy mugs and I actually had to resist the urge to buy some 70s kitchen canisters. Prices were as to be expected for a GCF in NC.

I will all goodwills were as organized as this one. Everything is organized by categories and colors, making it easy to shop and find the items that you need. I scored 2 amazing belts, a D&B bag, and 2 books all for $ 22. If you’re driving through the area and are looking for good thrift stores on your way through NC I recommend stopping here.
