FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Really bad customer service received 4 – 5 days ago. My parents went to this location and wanted to use the computer. They asked for someone to help them with the machine and logging into the email. They refused to help and didn’t even want to talk to me on the phone to explain the situation. I definitely will go out of my way to find another business that may provide similar services. Most of the time Vermonters have been one of the nicest people I meet. I hope this type of experience is the last one I will ever be exposed to…

I’ve done a lot of custom requests for printing here. I’ve gone at night and I’ve gone during the day. I’m wondering if the other people who reviewed ever bothered to go back to the store if they had an issue. I requested a complicated print and bind, 4 copies. 2 copies of them were out of order. I went back and talked to Eric (the dark-​haired) and Eric the Red came over as well. Both of them were very nice, very helpful. I explained that I just needed them to rebind the backwards copies and then I requested two more copies which I fully intended to pay for.
I got a call two hours later that it was complete, and when I came in the next day, I spoke to Jim the assistant manager. He was wonderful; asked me if this was a redo and gave me all four copies at no charge. So not only did they make me whole, they gave me extra as an apology (which was not needed — everyone makes mistakes).
As many print jobs as they have done for me, making posters, making custom prints, doing shipping, they have never once treated me with anything but the utmost in customer service. I think they are great, and perhaps it is because I’m professional with them, that I get treated with professionalism and courtesy back.

I called because I had a big order to submit for work that was a little complicated. Instead of working with me to help figure it out, he just told me he can’t help me and was short and rude. I’m calling the Fedex/​Kinkos HQ to complain and I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Not everyone is an experienced printer! I call with questions and I get lip? I get bad vibes from the people at this office and it is very expensive. Jerks!

Been here several times to get stuff printed. Your experience can play out one of two ways:
1 — You come during the day. You deal with friendly people and your stuff gets done quickly and you’re happy.
2 — You come at night. They’re open 24 hours during the week, but don’t let that encourage you! You still get your stuff done, but the friendly people went home and left the guys that hate their jobs in charge and they will do everything in their power to make you regret having disturbed them from whatever they were doing that was more important than their jobs!
