I got a relaxation facial, and it was fabulous! The esthetician who I had was so wonderful — it was a really calming and relaxing experience. She also did a «sample» of complementary microdermabrasion and reiki, which I enjoyed very much. With the relaxation facial, you get a facial much like you’d expect, and a neck, arm and foot massage. It was just so soothing and priced well. I don’t think they always have someone on site answering the phone, so if you leave a message, they will call/​text you back. I left a message requesting a certain day and time, and they texted me back to confirm. I don’t think the ladies who provide the services have «staff» — it’s just them, but they always get right back to you. They also have deep tissue and hot stone massages, «energy work» (Reiki), chemical peels and such. And they don’t try to rope you into buying any products, which is so nice. They also do same day appointments. Highly recommended.
