Good service and they are really efficient during the morning rush. Don’t get suckered into waiting in the drive through, park your darn car and walk in. You’ll be happy with the quicker service. Standard Dunkin Donuts food, and they got my coffee right. They we’re surprisingly friendly for rush hour baristas.

Today I went to Dunkin Donuts to get my usual coffee and I was terribly dissapointed by the service. When I ordered my coffee I was made to wait 10 minutes for a simple coffee only to find out that they had completely forgotten about my order. This is bullshit. Then when I informed the employee about the incident I received a dirty look and then was given the wrong coffee. I will make sure generations of my family never come to this Dunkin donuts so long as we live.

Remarkably friendly, pleasant staff. Quick and accurate service. My only complaint is how popular and busy it is weekend mornings, drive thru line out to the street and parking lot packed!

How does this place have good reviews? Maybe I always go at bad times… Every time I come here, it’s when the teenagers are working the drive thru. They get my order wrong every time, it NEVER tastes right, and I have to wait for it while they chat about people in their classes. I know they are kids. but work is a time for you to be professional. That’s what a job is supposed to be teaching you. Even though I live down the street, I drive a few extra minutes and go to the dunkin’s next to shaw’s instead.

This DD has the best drive through I have ever seen in any fast food drive thru. They are the quickest and nicest crew.

We passed this way (twice!), so it was convenient to pull into their good sized parking lot. If you don’t wish to get out of your car, however, they do offer a drive-​through option.
I don’t recollect if there was any seating area inside, but it was well staffed inside, my friend was able to make use of their washroom, and I can see why my friends are addicted to their Coffee Coolatta — and I don’t even like coffee! Although I do like coffee flavor.

I love this Dunkin Donuts! The people who work here are always friendly and nice and the guy that works the drive thru taking orders is always cheerful on a weekday morning. I actually am sad if he’s not working because he’s that friendly. In the 4+ years I’ve been going here, they’ve only messed up my order once. Only complaint is that they are super busy in the mornings — especially on Friday’s at 7:15 — and their parking lot can get really hectic and traffic gets backed up onto Winn Street.

This Dunkin Donuts has the most polite, friendly, genuinely nice employees I’ve ever encountered at a Dunkin Donuts. The cashier, the people that make the drinks, and the people that make the sandwiches — all were friendly, smiling, and actually looked me in the eye when talking to me.
The food and drinks I ordered were perfect, but the service is what really made this place special. So much so that I sent a feedback form to Dunkin Donuts to let them know how awesome this store is.
I was only in the area while car shopping, but I went there twice (once when we looked at the car, and the second time when we picked up the car), but I will definitely go back when I’m in the Burlington area.

When I am back in my hometown of Burlington, Ma. I love going to any of the Burlington Dunkin Donuts locations, but the Dunkin’s close to my parents house on Winn Street is the best and always so busy. I love Dunkin’s coffee it’s the best and always bring about eight lbs of coffee in my suitcase back to California. My only wish is that a Dunkin Donuts opens here in Palm Springs, CA very soon! Oh yeah the donuts are yummy too, love the honey dip!

You may think that there’s a Dunkin Donuts on every other block, but a Dunkin Donuts with a drive-​thru is key when you have a toddler strapped into a car seat in back. This one is close to the highway (Route 128) off of the Winn St. exit which is less of congested than the Cambridge St./Wayside Commons exit less than a mile away. The Dunkin Donuts over there has no drive-​thru.
