We recently bought a motorhome from Dreamchasers! Fantastic Service! Our help from Tom and Raymond was outstanding. The coach was on consignment and at all times we felt like both Tom and Raymond were our advocates as much as the owner of the coach that had put it on consignment! They had a way of giving good customer service to both parties and showed a sincere concern for our well being. I felt like I could ask them anything and they would have helped make it happen. We also traded in a trailer with this transaction and they made that an easy process as well. Overall I highly recommend these guys if looking for a trailer or motorhome or consigning one. They are straight shooters. They are not pushy and learn enough about you to help understand what you want. Professional, fun, happy people. Raymond, Tom, and staff– you will see us again. Update on Dream Chasers RV, took the unit out for its second camping trip(had it three months but in shop for«repairs» most of the time). So aside from the dinette slide tearing apart the outter wall now the exterior window gasket is falling out. I called and let the owner of DC know and he was going to get right on it. 7 days and he still has not ordered it and we are expecting rain in a couple of days. He then gets to turn everything around and says«if you want me to do a better job in keeping you informed then I will» who the F is this guy really folks at this time I have no choice than to say steer clear. The mental stress alone is not worth it if I had known anything about how things were going to go with this place I would have run away quickly and never looked back. The worst part is that when things are going wrong with a brand new trailer you the customer are made to feel as if you are wrong on all of the things you are seeing and experiencing. And then Raymond Goda the owner cops an attitude with you and try to make you feel as if you are a bother. But then says I am working with you and things are noted. Big deal I have a 30k trailer in the driveway that I have to tape a garbage bag to over the window so the rain won’t get in between the walls sound good to you? Feeling like I just threw my money away on this trailer and it is all consuming at this point because every time we turn around something else is going wrong with it. What a bad Dream this is turning out to be.

Beats Craigslist by a long shot. We consigned our motorhome with Raymond. He and Tom Bigelow came out to look at it. We hadn’t decided to consign it yet, but we were tired of the lookyloos from Craigslist. We had lots of people look but the lookers ended up just wasting our time. Our motorhome was unique and required a certain buyer. Ray and Tom took the time to market and screen buyers until they got us a good offer. They got us nearly double what Poulsbo RV was offering. Yes I said double. They also charged a set price for commission. Another dealer offered to sell it, but would keep anything they got over our lowest acceptable price. Like they offer to give us 10,000, sell it for 15,000 and they keep 5,000. No way. Raymond charges a set price, about 700. If they can’t sell it in a month, they give back 600. That is nothing compared to the effort they put in. They earned the money we gave them. Would definitely recommend.
