If you want good customer service… steer clear of this company!!! I’ve tried for two years to have a minor issue resolved. First year, they came out after several phone calls, and said they would replace a board because they happened to be building a deck just down the street. That was summer of 2014. The main salesman finally showed up and quoted a price and said he would set up a time to make the repair. Then, no one ever showed up and never a response. Still waiting a year later! And they won’t return my phone calls.
