When I broke my ankle last winter, my doctor would ONLY allow me to go back to school if I somehow managed to find a scooter or wheelchair. I called around and Burlington Pharmacy had the cheapest scooter rentals around. They were super friendly, the scooter (while taking a serious toll on my ego) was nearly brand new and the entire process was pretty seamless, even when I had to extend my rental.

Unlike the Walgreens and the CVSs of the world that are filled with non-​healthcare related items, Burlington Pharmacy specializes not only in filling prescriptions but also in wellness accessories. They are one of the largest sellers of wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, and scooters and also sell glucometers and test strips for diabetes patients, bathroom safety items, compression stockings, and hospital beds.
A few years ago when my grandmother had hip-​replacement surgery, we purchased a walker for her here, which was a much better quality than we had found at a big box store. Any time I need large bandages, gauze, or other first-​aid supplies, I stop into Burlington Pharmacy because I know their selection will be much larger than other pharmacies in the area.
Though I hope I won’t have to become a regular customer at Burlington Pharmacy, but if I ever am in need of home recuperation items, I’d shop here.
