We were participating in a 200 mile bike ride and had a major blow out. Being a crew member I had to find a solution for my rider. I asked Siri and she suggest Bob’s Pedal Pusher. Well she made an amazing suggestion. We showed up and cam in looking like complete fools for the ride. Bob was busy. But he dropped what he was doing to help our rider. We were in and out in 5 minutes. He is amazing. Knows what he is talking about. Very helpful. Very friendly. Super awesome shop. We are from Chicago but I would be willing to drive to Bob for a bike purchase he is the real deal. What an honest and good guy! Thank you for all of your help Bob! We hope you enjoyed the Key Lime Pie Oreos! All the riders were jealous of our koozies! Thank you!!!

My wife and I decided to walk around Burlington for the morning and stumbled upon a little bike shop. We have been kicking around the idea of buying bicycles for a while so we walked in. I was overwelmed by the wonderful customer service like we were part of the family. That’s when I told my wife this is the shop we need to buy our bikes from. We are from Grayslake and it’s a little far for service, but try them out and you will see what this review is all about.
