I had the avocado and kale curry bowl with super grains(brown rice and millet.) DELICIOUS and a super blast of nutrition. Way healthier than Clover Food Labs next door where nearly everything is deep fried and most menu option are smothered in cheese or(vegan) mayo. I did not have a long wait to order and my food was prepared in about ten minutes. Ask B. Good to leave off the yogurt if you are vegan. I don’t tolerate raw kale well and they steamed it for me. Their suggestion. When I say nutritious you get: ½ an avocado, brown rice, millet, marinated kale, roasted almonds, green peas, roasted red peppers, zucchini, cauliflower, butternut squash, curry sauce and yogurt. The curry is quite mild. The portion is medium/large. A big eater may want something on the side, but most people will be satisfied. Only complaint is the almonds had such a strong smoky flavor I wondered if they had been burnt.

I will be upfront and admit that I haven’t eaten here, but I purchased a gift card shortly before Christmas for a family member and the service related to the gift card and the problems surrounding it has been horrible. I bought the gift card without any apparent problems and luckily kept the receipt. When the recipient of the card tried to use it($ 40 value), they were told that the gift card wouldn’t work(I.e., not activated rather than no money left on it). When I contacted the store’s manager, she seemed to be implying that it was my fault, as if somehow I took a gift card without paying for it or activating it and tried to use it. I told her I had the receipt and she asked me to email her. I did so and got no response, when I called back another store manager confirmed the email was there and that he would tell the original manager. Still no response. I just called again and the manager was not there. Now I’m out $ 40 for a gift card that the recipient can’t even use. I don’t respect a company that doesn’t take responsibility for their own errors or those of their employees. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

Meh. Unimpressed. Really wanted to like bc of the locally sourced food, but as a fast food joint it’s a bit of a fail. Food wasn’t great, took a really, really long time when there were only about 3 other people there. Do NOT like the homemade ketchup(can we just stick with Heinz? It’s number one for a hundred years for a reason) and the soda — blech. I’m not even a picky eater and I like to try things outside the box– this just doesn’t work. I predict they’ll all be gone in a couple of years. :/

Small portions, long wait, expensive(6.99 for burger &6.99 for«combo», which adds drink and fries to your order) and the order was wrong… not good in any way… will not return. I know the rent is high in Burlington, but ~ $ 42 for burgers, for three people… ridiculous.

We arrived at 1:00PM on a Sunday, which we figured was at the tail end of the lunch rush. The short line suggested that was the case. But then we waited 30 — 45 minutes for our food, and most of it was pretty disappointing. The hamburgers were all small, charred and cold. Hint — when the cheese won’t melt, the burger is cold. My wife liked her salad, however. They really seemed to be scrambling to keep up. They were out of cups for water, the ketchup dispenser alternated between empty and broken, one soda flavor was just dispensing carbonated water, etc. But, when my niece dropped her hot dog, they made her a new one — very nice indeed! And, I wound up trying her hot dog — it was surprisingly good.

Be very careful about what you eat here. Please don’t get sick. We dined here tonight, they served us uncooked everything plus a stale and stinking grilled chicken(served cold) I have no clue how much bacteria was in there. Waste of my time and money. Hopefully I don’t get sick !!! Feel like puking all out. There are certain temperature standards, this place totally ignores all that I guess.

This location should be renamed B. Food short for bad food. Last visit, burger, fries and bun were dry and burned to a crisp on the outside with what I hope was rather strong gamey not rancid flavor inside. Only the beet lemonade prevents me from one pointing this place. A thick blanket of burned hamburger smoke from their grill is ever present while eating in there. I even had meat smoke on my clothes and hair after I left. Too bad, it kept me from immediately forgetting this meal.

The food is good, but unless you get a salad, you will be there forever. The wait times are extremely long. For a lance that advertises healthy«fast» food, it is really slow. A burger and fries took 20 minutes. This place is definitely in need of better training or management. One of our dishes came it in less than five minutes and the other took twenty five. As a result, I was completely done eating before my date got his food at all. Not cool. The food was quite good though. The sweet potato fries are delicious, the burger was flavorful(though small), and the seasonal butternut salad was awesome.

Ok let me start by saying this is not«fast food». Be prepared to wait a very long time for a burger and fries. I cannot comment on the quality of the food because I was not ordering anything for myself but just accompanying a friend to get some take out. We waited 15 minutes in a not so long line to order then another 20 mins for the food. Really? Also the menu(referring to the burger meat) says«natural». What exactly does that mean? Antibiotic and hormone free? No explanation. Staff has no clue. On the plus side, there are some healthy alternatives on the menu, such as, kale salad, veggie burgers and cold pressed juices. The atmosphere is casual like any typical fast food restaurant.

I’ve had some terrible experiences here and some not so terrible ones. The difference is whether or not you place an order during the lunchtime rush(about 12PM-1PM). When you do, there will be a long wait. You cannot skip the wait by placing an order online, because If you do, nobody will pay attention to you when you come in, and your burger will just lie on their counter unfinished, drying up and getting cold. They also have a habit of overcooking and burning their burgers when they are swamped. Outside of the rush hours, it’s a much different story. I would recommend the turkey burger over their regular burgers. They rarely taste burned. And their homemade pickles are awesome.

The food tastes pretty average. However the prices make this place the Whole Foods of the fast food industry! 20 bucks for a burger and smoothie! This place also has a hipster vibe to it as they like calling every thing in their restaurant ‘real’ food. And organic. I couldn’t tell the difference from any other burger though.

My friend and I went here, and the people were super nice, but she got food poisoning and is still sick 3 days later… The food is delicious, but I think they need to be more careful with sanitation.

So excited when the buffalo burger was still on the menu at this B Good! Burger was great, but abnormally small. Perhaps 3 ½″ in diameter. The wheat bun was also very stale. Granted, I did come during lunch hour– which I never do– so obviously you have to be a bit lenient when three cooks are bombarded by customers. Although small, the burger was still filling. Two burgers and one fry were more than enough for two people. The food was also extremely fresh. If you have a problem paying $ 6.99 for a fresh, locally sourced burger– you can always stop by McDonalds instead.

B(eing) good is hard when it’s this expensive. The food here is championed as being local and fresh. It sure tastes that way, but is it worth it for what you’re getting? A small burger is 7 $ and a tiny side of fries(not even big enough to share) is another 3 $. I usually leave hungry from here after dropping more than I would at other fast food spots. In fact even the vegetarian only Clover next door is more filling and has larger portions. We ventured into salad land on our last visit. The combination of ingredients were terrific in the strawberry goat cheese salad(included figs and candied walnuts) but again the portion was unsatisfying. 8 $ for a salad entrée that was incredibly small. They didn’t even fill the medium sized bowl all the way. There’s a bunch of great fast food options in Burlington that give you great bang for the buck. The salad options here are really something you can’t find anywhere else but will leave you hungry. For a burger and fries definitely go somewhere else.

My husband and I each got a burger and sweet potato fries. He got a turkey burger, and I got beef. There was nothing special about the actual burger patty — not too much seasoning and it was a little smaller than I expected. The toppings were nice(mushrooms, onions, BBQ sauce, and cheese), so that added a little flavor. The sweet potato fries were not what I’m used to at all. They were soft and almost soggy, but did have okay flavor. I liked that they offer multiple kinds of meat, cold pressed juices, and some unique drink options. They’re also affordable.

I’ve only been to the B. Good chain once, and at this location only too, but I really liked it! There whole menu, store décor, and vibe really emphasizes organize, homemade, locally sourced food, which is cool. The whole place seems pretty welcoming and inviting, and if you join their club, you get emails every once in a while for free drinks, sides, discounts, etc. I get the impression that the owners really care about their business, and they take feedback seriously. The one meal I have tried was a cheeseburger with fries and a smoothie. All were yummy, and I appreciated that the ingredients and calorie intake for such a meal were so much less than they would be at a fast food place typically. They also have a lot of nice options for salads, chicken sandwiches, etc. I definitely plan on coming back sometime in the future to try out more of their menu!

Food was great! Love the feeling that what I’m eating is fresh and healthy. Have only been once and had a great experience with the food. I will definitely return. With that being said, the boy who took my order was super rude. He rolled his eyes at me and my grandmother while we ordered. It was our first time so it is not like we were regulars that knew exactly what we wanted. Overall great place, though.

Fresh and healthy food without a long wait. When I went for lunch one weekday, it was PACKED. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. The smoothies are good. the salad portions are a bit small. I think it’s a bit overpriced. The cashiers were friendly and the food was fresh.

This offers a variety of healthy choices with fast service. Burgers for all in my party were judged good, and fries were fine. I often go to Chipotle just a couple doors away, but this is a good change of pace and very competitive overall. An added feature is the availability of Maine Root soda which includes what might be called a craft root beer.

Arrived on a Friday around 1 pm and it was humming in the dining area but no wait to order. It was the first time for me and one friend but the other was the one who recommended this. I ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad with the dressing on the side and the baked sweet potato fries. One friend ordered the Butternut Squash and added chicken, the other one of the quinoa and kale bowls with a side of the veggie crisp. Our salads and quinoa bowl were great but the fries were a bit disappointing. They would have been great if they were hot and crispy but instead they were warm and somewhat soggy. Not bad for what some describe as a «healthy» fast food chain restaurant. We would probably return if in the area.
