So this place is a joke. Don’t go on a Sunday because that’s football game day for these employees! I waited about 15 minuets because all employees were«busy» as a woman whom greeted me said. There were only 3 salesmen, and the 1 greeter whom could apparently only help sale accessories, 2 men were helping 1 customer and the 3rd guy was helping another family. Well I’m not sure why 2 people needed to help 1 person and make me wait? Anyways I was patient, until they started watching football before helping me. Rude!!! Then they told me that they couldn’t help me because my name wasn’t the account holders name, which okay understandable that you can’t change account information but I was just asking questions about my phone? Made me mad that I waited for nothing. Can’t even answer a question. Then told me to call customer service and ask them my questions. I was shocked. No help.

If you are a complex customer, I would suggest you find a different store. I am an account with 6 iPhones. I came into add more and convert to business. I had asked the young man if he could do business accounts. He assured me he could, then after a few minutes, told me I had to contact corporate. I even spoke to the store manager who was worthless. He didn’t even want to help me buy 3 new iPhones and could not fix my $ 25/month billing issue. I guess they have programmed the store staff that when there is a problem, put the client out so other customers don’t hear an upset customer. I pay ATT nearly $ 4000 year but this store manager treated me like I was not worth his effort. To to another store or another provider.
