My car key bent in the car door lock as it was frozen and it would no longer work in the ignition. I called a1 and Christina was super helpful, she had a lock smith meet me within a hour on a Saturday morning and new key made for a VERY low rate ! Thank you to Christina and the lock smith for all your help! Great customer service… I highly recommend A1!

I have done business with A1 moble a couple of times. The first time Kevin came to my house to re key my locks since I was selling my house. He was on time, professional and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable about his job and even answered questions for me to help me understand the process. The second time Kevin came to my new house and re keyed my new house and put in a peep hole into my door. Again, he was on time, professional, and in and out. I would HIGHLY recommend A1 Mobile. I live in Snohomish County and I have recommended A1 Mobile to several friends.

I worked with Andrew and Kevin to purchase locks and keys for a private boat ramp on Camano Island. These folks exceeded all my expectations throughout the process. They even delivered the items to me at no additional charge.

It’s been a year but I need to get a review of this business out there. I had them come out to our house in LaConner (on a weekday during regular business hours) to look at the lock on my front door. It seemed fairly weak and I was willing to do just about anything including replacing the entire front door and side valences if necessary to secure it. (Acknowledging that they don’t do door installs but was hoping they could advise on securing the current door better.) They came out, looked at the lock, literally said they could no nothing AND CHARGED ME $ 60 for the visit. The guy was in and out in 15 minutes. I called the store and asked for the manager. He wasn’t there so I left a message asking if this is really justified and is really how they do business. I did not receive a return call. I would not use these guys again.
