Walked in here an hour before closing. Staff was very helpful and kind to us. I explained that I was looking for patio furniture and didn’t know what to look for as far as quality. Mark was very helpful in explaining the differences in materials. They display a good selection of high quality furniture. Pricing was a bit over my budget but some of their «specials» were reasonable for the quality. Still shopping but I am returning with the hubby this weekend. They were really nice to us. I would buy here if I could put together a set within my budget. Will update my review. Would like to give 5 stars but haven’t actually completed a sale there yet.

I bought an outdoor wicker loveseat here in September 2014 and it’s one of my most popular pieces of furniture. I live in San Francisco and it’s still in great shape after the winter.
The store has great selection and customer service. The teak here didn’t seem quite as good as the teak at Blue Sky in Palo Alto (I ended up buying most of my furniture there), but the price was a tad lower.
I visited both the Mountain View location and this one in Burlingame. This location has a bit more space and selection and I ended up buying here.

Worked with Ben to design and purchase a play structure. Monkey bars, swings, trapeze rings, a climbing wall… the list of options to customize the structure were endless. The showroom is great as you can see and test out many of the choices. Although on installation day it turned out specific placement needed to be changed, the men were accommodating in the request. The kids love the new structure and it looks great in the backyard too!

I have been holding out to buy the patio furniture that I always wanted and then I saw the amazing Memorial Day sale Terra Patio & Garden was having which prompted me to finally pull the trigger! I’m so happy I did … the selection was great, the staff was amazing and the prices were the best I found (and I did a lot of shopping around)!
On top of that — they delivered my furniture TWO DAYS later! Amazing! Many of the other stores were telling me 6 – 8 weeks and possibly longer.
Now I will have my gorgeous patio furniture (I bought the deep seating sectional) to enjoy all summer and into late October. I couldn’t be happier!

My husband and I stopped in this store after already picking out several pieces of outdoor furniture for our newly remodeled backyard. We were expecting it to be pricy so were very surprised to find the prices reasonable. In addition the selection was great, the customer service outstanding (Ben helped us and was very knowledgeable and knew when to give us attention and when to let us just browse), and we ended up buying all our things there — Adirondack chairs, patio table and chairs, lounge chairs and a side table. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for outdoor furniture.

Stopped in a couple of weeks ago to look for a patio umbrella. Being located on Burlingame Ave., I expected to find either over-​priced or high-​end products that were not in my budget. Pleasantly, I was mistaken. This is a great store with quality products at competitive prices. I found a patio umbrella that was exactly what I was looking for and didn’t pay any more than I would have for the same umbrella online. The salesman, Rick was extremely helpful and did not give me the hard sell, which I appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for patios furniture and accessories.
