Sousa Cleaning

Diego has been super easy to communicate with! He called within a day of myself leaving a message regarding my interest in an estimate. My husband and I recently had our apartment organized and made lots of donations for things we didn’t need. Diego promptly scheduled a day for him to take a look and offer a free estimate. As per usual, the first cleaning is a little more.
Compared to other companies his price was reasonable. Diego let me know the biweekly rates and we were excited to get going! He informed me that he was pretty booked up but let me know right away when he was able to send someone! His helper Isabel was the one to arrive and she is doing a fantastic job. I let her know that my allergies have been bad and if she could clean the window/​blinds/​window sill in our bedroom and she cleaned it super thoroughly! She even organized some things in our hallway, and left my makeup vanity/​mirrors spotless! I had asked her to clean the shelves on the cabinet as some of the things we had in there leaked and are sticky and she didn’t miss a beat! Thank you Diego! Your services are amazing and we will be regular clients! Highly recommended!

Diego and team were better than any other cleaning service we’ve used in the past. They came on time, were efficient and meticulous! Wish I had found them before and definitely calling them again for regular cleaning!

Diego is incredible! He does a great job and I am picky:) He’s super reliable too and will show up when he says he will, doesn’t need a lot of advance notice either. Usually he’s accompanied by his wife or another friend to assist him in cleaning — they are really good but also very efficient. I’ve been through a number of cleaners in San Francisco and these guys are the best! Highly recommend.

This adorable couple (Diego and Hellen) are hard-​working, extremely trust-​worthy, and incredible cleaners. I love coming home to my squeaky clean house and perfectly made bed (seriously…they do something to make my bed that I strive and fail to replicate… feels like I am sleeping in a hotel). Diego and Hellen not only clean every nook and cranny but they add the sweetest design details showing they really care about leaving your house in tip-​top shape. I come hope to perfectly organized pillows on my sofa, a snazzy little twist in the throw blanket on my bed, and an origami flower on top of the paper-​towel holder!
As if they needed to make me even happier, they are so sweet with my twin toddlers… giving them an up-​close-​and-​personal view of the vacuum cleaner (odd toddler fascination) and even left gifts for them when they were born (oh and chocolates at Christmas!!).

Sousa Cleaning is by far the best cleaning service in the city! I have tried so many cleaners in SF but nothing can hold candle to Sousa Cleaning! They are flexible, trusted and very reasonable (so far the most reasonable cleaners in the city) and go out of their way to make your place spotless, organized and shining clean! I now have more than 3 – 4 friends using them and we all have moved to monthly schedule. Diego is the best! Trust me, you will not be disappointed and you will not turn to any other cleaners after you give a try to Sousa Cleaning. I heart :)
