I think maybe they have gone out of business. They did some work for us previously, which was OK (not perfect). But now we need some follow-​up and they never answer the phone (three tries) nor return calls based on the messages I have left.

When I walked in, the show room was empty. Even though several people could see me from their offices, it took a while before anyone actually came to talk to me. I had the distinct impression that I was not welcome. I asked them to demo their paradigm reference studio 20s using the virtual piano simulator on my laptop. When I asked for a cable, they told me they were not a computer store. When I mentioned the simulator, the woman refused and got somewhat unfriendly. She told me that she did not want her demo speakers to blow up. I then asked them to play some piano music on the speakers. However, the whole atmosphere was really unfriendly. I got much better help at Audio High in Mountain View.
