My order is till incomplete when I am writing this. I was pretty impressed by the reviews on Unilocal and contacted Rebarts Interiors for 6 shutters and 3 blinds. Bart was pretty knowledgebale and impressive, gave a pretty competitive quote and we placed our order in the first week of Feb 2016. I was told it will be completed in 6 weeks time. Everything was awesome until this point hence 3 stars. From here everything went downhill and a display of the poorest customer service I have ever seen. No calls and updates on my order EVER! I kept calling in and checking in. I was never informed that my order is ready, nobody called up to schedule an appointment. I has staggered my order for blinds to be delivered before the shutters. No intimation was ever given to me about the status of my orders. I called up and came to know that blinds were ready for last 2 weeks. NOBODY told me!!! Same thing happendd with shutters a month later. NO COMMUNICATION!
Finally the shutters were installed and 2 of them needed some reordering. Again no information about the status of the reorders. Tired of following up with them. Here I stand end of Apr 2016 still dealing with incomplete order and poorest customer service experience.
The quality seems to be good so far but no customer service at all. Its your headache to follow up and get your install done.

Haven’t bought yet, but Amy gave us great information yesterday on our first shopping trip to Rebarts and we’ll definitely use them when we buy!

Have used them for window shades for windows, patio door, and front door. Fast, efficient, friendly service and installation from Bart, Oscar and team. Locally owned company too.

Rebarts is my new supplier of window coverings! I’d been with a store in Palo Alto for many years, and spent literally thousands of $$ with them. But as can happen, «things changed» and they were getting so unresponsive. I’m not willing to call repeatedly just to get a quote or place an order.
Unilocal to the rescue – Rebarts had a 5-​star rating, so I gave them a try. Sent a message thru their website, and Jhon responded within a half hour! We talked, he emailed a quote, I OKd it, and he placed the order, all the same day! Now it is 6 days later, and the blind has been installed. Looks great. And I even got a discount!
I couldn’t be happier with the service, quality, responsiveness, and professionalism!

I decided to wait a couple weeks to write a review to see how my new blinds and shutters hold up in a busy household and I have one word… Amazing!!! The whole crew at Rebarts have been top notch from Bart to Jhon to Oscar! We had other bids on our job so we understood the price range and I’m extremely happy we chose Bart! Very customer savvy, they care about the details, very prompt and quite reasonably priced. I plan on completing the rest of my house very soon and am happy to know who I’ll be calling on. I wish everything we’ve been working on was this easy and painless!

I got really nice window treatments in my house thanks to Rebarts. They were professional and 6 months later all windows are in great shape! They saved me money on plantation shutters by getting the wood alternative kind.

This is a long overdue review. Bart and his team at Rebart’s are a great local business worth supporting. Not only do they have a great show room but the service they supply is top notch. I had met with several other window treatment vendors, not only did they not offer any real incite in what might work in the space, their service was nothing close to Bart and his team. He offers competitive pricing and unbeatable service. I highly recommend talking to Bart and his team if you are in the market for window coverings.

I first met Rebecca at the San Francisco Ultimate Women’s convention and noticed their Hunter Douglas display. My husband and I had just purchased a brand new home that had 33 windows so we were in the market for some much needed window coverings (the black plastic bags were getting old). I had previously received a quote from Costco, but almost jumped out of my skin when I found out the price. Boy was I not expecting that! I couldn’t believe how expensive window coverings were! Anyhow, Rebarts’ display showed ‘free installation’ with a scheduled in home appointment. I was thinking, what do I have to lose? Costco usually has the best prices and I didn’t think anyone would be able to compare… or so I thought.
So, on a cold, rainy Saturday morning, Bart pulls up to our home.
He comes in, brings us some samples of plantation shutters, and we start discussing pricing on plastic, wood, and hybrid shutters. After all the talk, we figured that we would ‘pass’ and send Bart on his way…
However, Bart being the experienced and personable salesman he is, he asked ‘can’t I even give you a quote’? I did drive all the way here from Burlingame. My husband and I looked at each other, and said; sure…
2 hours later, with 33 windows laser measured to the t, we decided to go with Rebarts. He was also able to take very good care of us and give us a price we could not pass up even beating the price originally quoted by Costco. I HIGHLY recommend Rebarts Interiors to anyone looking for window coverings. Bart is extremely professional and accommodating. Very patient on helping customers make their final decisions without the pressure of making you feel that you made the wrong decision afterwards.

I found Rebarts in 2008 when I stopped at their booth at the San Mateo Home and Garden show. I worked with Bart (the owner), he is wonderful and made the process for ordering (Hunter Douglas) shutters so super easy. The shutters arrived and were installed very quickly after I ordered (2 – 3 weeks?) The installers did an excellent job and they even disposed of the old horizontal blinds.
Most recently, I worked with Isabel on custom-​made drapes. Isabel was such a pleasure to work with, so knowledgeable and she has such a great eye for design. The drapes are perfect, I love the quality of the material and workmanship. Thank you Isabel and Tony!

We were in the market for some Hunter Douglas window dressings and actually first met Rebarts at a home show. We had an initial consultation along with some rough numbers, but it wasn’t the right time for us to make the investment. A few months later we had changed our scope and went back to Rebarts for a more formal quote. The initial quote was in the middle of our other quotes, but we liked Bart and his staff the best so asked if they would be able to price match the lowest quote. No problem, and we went with Bart.
They also came and installed the shades and made quick work of that. It was literally, I turned away to take care of some work that I had brought home, then the next thing I know they are walking out the door because they were finished. Fast and efficient installation!

We ordered many Silhouette blinds for our new house and were really impressed by not only the beautiful Hunter Douglas blinds, but also the exceptional service from Bart San Diego and his staff. They are friendly and installation was quick and well done. The customer service in the consultation, the ordering, installation, paperwork for the rebates, and follow-​through were far above expectations and way beyond what we had seen with any other dealer. Though these blinds are pretty costly, they are really beautiful and we plan to enjoy them for a very long time.

We finally purchased our first home and wanted to do some small touches like installing shutters in. Bart and his whole team were friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible through the whole process. I highly recommend them and my Hunter Douglas Shutters are BEAUTIFUL!

I ordered new blinds from Bart for my newly remodeled bedrooms and found that the entire Rebarts team was extremely professional, ‘o so friendly and they really knew their stuff.
Bart was really fun to work with and his installation team was so quick that I couldn’t believe they were done installing when they were.

I had a wonderful experience working with Bart San Diego. He is very professional, extremely personable, and helpful. He is genuine and appears to enjoy what he does and takes pride in his business. He also knows a lot of different professionals and provided me with names and referrals.
They were very accommodating to my schedule and returned my calls promptly. I had to give them a call to see if my curtains had come in, but that may have been just because of the holidays.
I will definitely use them again for my drapery needs in the future. I will definitely be referring them!

By going to Lowe’s and Home Depot first (what a nightmare), I definitely was able to appreciate the one on one service I received from Rebarts, a family owned business. Being a first time homeowner, I hadn’t the slightest clue what type of window treatments I wanted. Rebarts has a wide variety of options to chose from. Their sales associate was able to provide me with different options that were suitable with my current décor and style and fit within my price range/​budget. The installation was quick, clean and professional. The measurements were exact. I would highly recommend Rebarts and will definitely use them again.

rebarts is a family-​owned drapery and window covering store. they are a full service design and installation establishment. they carry a wide array of specialty drapes and blinds, including the ever-​popular hunter-​douglas brand. we contacted them to put up draping on our front window which is 13 by 7 feet with an arch rounded top. (yes, a big big window)
we made an appointment with their design specialist, betsy. she showed up at our house with samples of fabrics and design ideas. she was very good at suggesting different shapes and shades to achieve multiple looks. after we decided on the fabric and design, betsy went to work. a few weeks later, our drapes were ready to be installed. we had a wooden valance draped in neutral champagne tones, floor-​length puddles with tie backs, and a translucent ivory sheer… all functional.
the installation was quick and the installer was very professional with advice of his own. he did a great job smoothing out the fabric and making it picture perfect… worthy of a home design magazine cover. perhaps the only thing that wasn’t so great was that they are very expensive. $ 3000 for drapes?! but we shopped around and most places charge around the same price for the same type of work… so we really didn’t have a choice.
overall, we were very happy with the quality and service that rebarts provided us. and everytime i look at the drapes, i am happy and satisfied. no buyer’s remorse… at least not anymore.
