I applied for an apartment and spoke to Jerry. He communicated with me and told me that no one had applied to the two properties I chose. I submitted my application along with copies of my paystub bank statements, etc. After submitting the application, I never heard back and h was extremely unresponsive the next day. He finally called back saying that he had chosen other more qualified applicants.
I’m really surprised as I have a great paying job and make nearly six figures and show a nice amount in my savings account. My credit score is good and I’ve never had any delinquencies. I really think this place discriminates and basically steals from people by making them pay an overpriced $ 30 for a credit check. Beware!
