Yolanda and Brooke traveled to Pacifica to do hair and makeup for me and my wedding party. They were both incredible! They became a part of our family for the day. They were funny, smart, and professional.
Yolanda did an exquisite job on makeup for me and six other girls. (There were originally only four girls scheduled, but Yolanda and Brooke were very helpful in including my aunt and sister-in-law as well.) Yolanda provided us with great tips and makeup techniques as she worked on us individually.
Brooke was a true talent. She gave my maid of honor, sisters, and mother gorgeous hairstyles.
I highly recommend Yolanda and her team. Not only are they amazing at what they do, but they are incredibly fun to work with as well.

Yolanda did a fabulous job on my bridesmaids, mother of the bride, mother of the groom, and I. She was extremely sweet and I looked flawless from the moment she was finished until I fell asleep. She also did a great job covering up a few mosquito bites on my ring bearer’s face and doing my daughter’s hair! I definitely recommend her!

Yolanda is wonderful! She did such a fantastic job at my sister’s wedding a few years ago that I asked her to be the makeup artist for mine last year. Not only does Yolanda have a magic touch with makeup, but she’s also funny, kind, and easy to get along with, which was very important for me. My mom and my sister felt very comfortable with her, and my makeup lasted all day long — thanks very much, Yolanda!

Yolanda was just amazing. I chose her as my hair and makeup vendor; however she did more than just my hair and makeup. She was patient and understanding of me during the process of the wedding planning. She offered advice as well as suggestions so that the bridesmaids and myself looked our best the day of. I don’t think I have ever felt as beautiful as I did that day. Yolanda stayed with us through the ceremony and reception. She was very attentive and made sure that my hair, as well as the bridesmaids’, was in the right place and that we had just the right look for the marathon of pictures. Yolanda is a must for your wedding day.

Yolanda is a well-trained, meticulous makeup artist. I found her through the Knot after several calls to local artists went unanswered. She is pricey and books up quickly but is worth it in my opinion. Also, be forewarned that scheduling a trial can be quite difficult due to her packed weekend schedule. The makeup trial lasted three hours and she gave suggestions on hair, makeup, and accessories. On wedding day, she arrived at 4:30am and worked on me, five bridesmaids, multiple mothers, and did a wonderful job. She is MAC-trained and travels with an arsenal of products. She can have strong opinions, but I think that is because she has done so many weddings. Overall a positive experience that made for great photos!

I got so lucky by stumbling upon Yolanda from Primadonna Makeover to do my wedding makeup and hair. She was SO professional and fit in so well with my wedding party. She does a beautiful job with both hair and makeup… and on top of that her prices are very fair!
I would recommend her to any bride looking for someone who they can trust to be reliable, professional and fun on their wedding day.
