This service is a one-man towncar company. He charges your credit card using a gadget on his cell phone. He charged my Amex twice(double) for only one and the same fare and has ignored our calls asking for a refund. I was travelling on business and these charges are attributed to our clients, which messes up our accounting system. I have asked him to resolve the problem but have not heard back. I would not use this service because I was overcharged and received no response about it. Very unprofessional.
