Close to me and safe. Lots of different people doing lots of different activities. No riff raff the people are there for a genuine track experience and that is what they get.

This was our first time to a baseball game and glad we did it at this stadium. It really is an awesome stadium and so much to see just wandering around. We enjoyed watching the great lengths the ground staff go to to ensure perfection. Thoroughly enjoyed

Great place for a level run. Parking isn’t the best, but that’s the only negative I’ve found.

I hate to throw 5 star reviews like Bruce Lee tossin’ throwing stars, but I grew up on the mean streets of San Bruno aka Bruno. Our high school track resembled the porch on Boyz in the Hood. It was just a place to slam St. Ides and Old E 40’s years before we were allowed into the fine drinking establishments, better known as the dive bars. This track resembles an Ivy league college sports complex. In the eyes of a Bruno boy at least. I have lived in Burlingame for 18 months and based on rent inflation my days here are numbered. I regret that I have only enjoyed this facility a handful of times. Actually, as I think about it, we have been here twice! But damn, on those two visits, I felt like I should be suiting up for the Stanford lacrosse team. Manicured lawn in the middle of the track. The track itself is shock absorbent and spongy, rather than running on the concrete track at the aforementioned high school. It’s a really nice treat. I think I may just ditch the numerous baseball games on the tube this evening, walk over to the school and run some laps. Or, more likely, I will drive by in admiration of those who run laps and get to it… tomorrow of course.

I hate running… especially on a treadmill at any gym or any uneven streets and fat hills of San Francisco. I even hated running at the academy. But if I want to live a longer life and achieve the goal of eating at least 5,000 burritos by the age of 50, I need to run… a lot. «Yeah, running to the taqueria is also good too!» I also need to make running, as a daily workout that does not necessarily involve chasing after criminals or a cupcake truck in Berkeley. But the quiet city of Burlingame has a high school that has a track/football field available for the public. The use of the track is free and open everyday when the high school is not in session. Unfortunately and most reasonably, the high school is a closed-campus and the track is not open for the public at those school-hours. I just found the track a few months and I wished I knew earlier so I can run and work out earlier in the summer. The park also has tennis courts, basketball courts and a softball field adjacent to the football field. During the weeknights, there are High school football practices(Both JV and Varsity). And the weekends have youth soccer leagues for future FIFA World Cup soccer players. However, I did see one kid with his Vuvuzela horn. I hope he don’t blow his annoying Vuvuzela horn. Or else! Since I don’t know anybody from Burlingame, I also love wearing EXTRASMALL and TIGHTTIGHTS and apparels and«sashay» my sexy«Michelin-man» body around the track. More than you wanted to know, I know! «Now I bet many of you are questioning my wardrobe selections.» The bleachers are safe and leaving my Timbuk-2 bag with my personal belongings is also secure. But the only problem is that the bleachers are dirty and wearing white pants is not recommended. The bathroom is somewhat clean, but can be a disaster occasionally with other kids being slobs. Despite being located somewhat of a way in quiet Burlingame, I love running the track here as opposed to the uneven streets of San Francisco.

since this is just a block away, I go here to do some jogging. they got some monkey bars, football field, tennis courts, and swimming pool(pay)… and alot of times, some group is playing sports. Even in the early mornings, you’ll get fitness groups out there. still, nice lil place to clear your mind.

One Man. One Jump Rope. One Track. A stressful day. Relieve it. Simmer down your mind. Challenge your body. Sit ups. Push ups. Leg Lifts. Pull ups. Stairs. Jump rope. Whatever you dare. Pain is temporary. What do you gain? Grass. Rest. Sweat. Smiles. Peace. I remember that day. 9pm. 6 miles. I came, I saw, I conquered. Try it. Boy, I should get a Vitamin water endorsement with this review.
