Roddy, Eric and Tony provide the catering and music for our wedding this past Saturday. Roddy’s staff was very professional and the food came out great, especially considering we had an outdoor wedding with very little access to any electricity. Tony’s audio setup was perfect — he did the music for the ceremony and then setup the reception space so we could play background music during that time. Overall working with Bluefire Events was really seamless, I would highly recommend!

We used BlueFire Events for lighting for a large, outdoor holiday celebration on our Campus. They came out immediately to make recommendations for lighting and sent the quote in a timely manner.
The day of the event, they arrived when they said they would and set up their lighting fixtures while working around other vendors and our staff who were also setting up. They were efficient and polite. They paid careful attention to safety as I had warned them that it gets very windy in our location in the afternoon/​evening. They heeded my warning and made sure the fixtures were very stable. All the lighting worked perfectly throughout the evening and their on-​site staff even offered to help us with other setup needs that weren’t related to their lighting.

Wonderful Service! Blue fire did an event for my Company for Cinco de Mayo. They arrived early with a full staff. Everything went smooth without a hitch. I didn’t have to do much with makes my job so much easier. The food was yummy and almost everyone went for seconds.
The staff was super helpful and very attentive. They showed up early and set up everything quickly and neatly. I am definitely using them again and soon!

Recently, we faced almost near disaster when the original DJ we planned to use for my daughter’s Quinceanera cancelled almost at the last minute. After several phone calls and no results, my eldest daughter posted a request on Thumbtack. Roddy Diaz of BlueFire Events responded immediately.
Roddy is one of those unique young men, who are professional, courteous, thorough and accountable. He asked all the right questions, had experience with Quinceaneras and made the extra effort to review the event location at a time that was convenient to us.
BlueFire Events provided a really sharp set-​up and also hosted a well equipped «fun» photo booth for the evening. Roddy gave me a great deal on both, even with such short notice.
As far as day of the event, the DJ booth and photo booth were set and ready to go on time, throughout the evening the music was absolutely perfect and coordinated with the dances we planned and once the event was over, they packed up without issue.
