Access Uniforms

We have a local and fastly growing business on the peninsula and seeked out Access based on a referral. Because we were referred to them, we were hoping to receive at least average customer service as any other typical client if not better. Unfortunately, this was not the case, we were not consulted with around what would work for our needs, our budget, our company and instead sold what was convenient for them at the time. We were given high minimums and told if we wanted our art work we would have to pay more money than what we had previously already paid and that their art could ONLY be used in house for them to print. (We were requesting for business card purposes).
The receptionist I believe is a family relative and doesn’t seem very professional, the ‘president’ Bill, strikes me as a man that has very low standards for his company and those he does business with. For being in such a prominent part of he SF Bay Area and having customers pay premium dollar for services; I would recommend the company take themselves more seriously and seriously think about revamping their structure.

LOVE Access Uniforms! I try and support local businesses as much as possible and this is one place I can’t get enough of! Not only are they fast and efficient they genuinely care about each and every order you place. They have helped me create custom prints, business cards and even personalized gifts. be really be careful ordering from them make sure everything is on paper and dont dont dont ever give them cash or money orders and just, credit card only and save all your receipts

I work for a Non Profit club,
and I wanted to get some nice embroidered pieces for our members. Access Uniforms was the place one of our members had a connection to so we got a great price. But I am just so amazed at the stitch out of our somewhat technical logo! Our fleeces and performance tops look awesome! We also had some trade show style table clothes made and those were 2 for $ 300 arrived on time, look great and again I’m just really happy with the pricing, product and staff. It is very easy to work with the art department to make sure everything looks perfect and the communication about delivery, etc was excellent!
Highly recommend this place!
