I have been a patient of Dr. Roland for 12 yrs. He always made me feel very comfortable and always took care of my urgent needs. He’s very personable and always gave me the right advice. He is also very gentle. And has a great staff of doctors that saw me too. The most I ever waited is 10 – 15 minutes and that was because of an emergency patient before me. If I had an urgent matter, as long as I’d call before 9:00 am, they would squeeze me in that day. My experiences have always been positive and productive. And front desk people are friendly too. Thank you for being there for me. And to add, I went to 5 different doctors before finding Family Care Associates.

Aaron Roland and Associates Also Known As Family Care Associates. My daughter and I used to be see Dr. Ferris here. When we actually got to see her she was a great physician. The major issue I have with this medical office is the lack of response from the front desk staff. I would have to call multiple times to schedule an appointment. I would call leave a message and never have my call returned. After many attempts occasionally I would get a live person on the phone and I would be able to schedule appointments. It was so frustrating. We never had this problem at our previous doctors office. When I decided to move I attempted many times to obtain a copy of my daughters medical records, as well as my own. i would call, no answer, I showed up at the office and was told i needed an appointment to receive a copy of our records. They made it impossible to get an appointment! i wish a change in my insurance didn’t force me to switch. When I moved(out of state) and switched doctors I thought I was done being jerked around by the staff. I was wrong. My daughters new doctor requested her medical records to be faxed to them. In December of 2012 I filled out and faxed a request form to have her medical records faxed to her new doctor. There was no response. Our new Doctor’s staff faxed«Urgent, please respond» many times and even called, left messages and was never called back. They were shocked at how unprofessional Family Care Associates have been. After a week our new doctor tried calling and even they couldn’t get someone on the phone to even locate her records. My current doctor and I became very annoyed, we had faxed and called many times over many months. Fast forward to April of 2013. My new doctor has finally received my daughter medical records. I had never been so displeased by a medical office like this before. I think the problem here lies with a inadequate office staff and too high of a patient count. I would not recommend this medical office to anyone. It’s a shame because I really liked Dr. Ferris, the few times I saw her and wasn’t blown off by her staff.
