If I could review this store as –5 stars, I would. But, 1 star is the lowest rating you can give on Unilocal.
Every time I go into this store the people/​associates are more interested in socializing and sitting down than actually being of any use or help. They don’t comprehend their own phone plans and they are absolutely useless when you ask them any questions.
I know some jilted shoppers will lash out and write a bad review just because they couldn’t get their shiny new toy. Not me; I am writing a bad review because the people who work here are useless, have bad attitudes and it’s the same ones every time I go in there. I don’t even know why they are still employed.

Brought a phone back to them within 7 days was told it worked fine, brought the phone back again on the 13th day and after them having it for 4 days received a call telling me that my 14 days where up and I would have to buy another phone or get insurance on the account. BS!!! Asked for manager was told he wasn’t there. Could not make the tech understand I brought the phone back in the 14 days you need to replace it free of charge since it has never worked right!!! BAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
