Mr Jim’s Pizza

This place is a nasty nasty place I think the young guys working here spit in the pies or piss in them they come out wet all the time definitely not coming here again

We have had Mr. Jims twice now. I have done it delivery and carry-​out. Both times I have dealt with the same man. His customer service has been wonderful! He is friendly and helpful. The pizza has been excellent and made quick! It is the best gluten free product I have ever had! They disclose that the kitchen is not gluten free but for us that is not a problem. I love the free addition they put on the crust. There are always coupons online too!

This location doesn’t do justice to the good name of Mr Jims. We have eaten at many over the years in the metroplex and the only thing consistent about this location is their poor service. Call the mgmt and you will see why. NO ONE CARES.

I use to get pizza from Mr Jims but the service and pizza fell off.
I thought I’d give them another try but it hasn’t improved. I had decided on a five dollar tip before the driver arrived but I guess he thought different. I gave him the money and had 7.50 change coming. He asked me if I wanted change back. It struck me wrong and I said yes. He said he would have to get it out of his car. He said most people tell him to keep the change. I told him I was going to give him a tip but if he is going to ask for it then he can forget it. When he gave me change he shorted me two dollars and he said he didn’t have anymore change. I asked him if I gave him a hundred dollar bill would he ask me if i wanted change. He said yes most people tell him to keep the change.
I wonder how many people he shames into letting him keep the change because he asks for it.
To me a tip is for good service and not because someone trying to con you.
