Firstly it took more than 3 weeks to receive my order of two pit bikes that were supposed to arrive in 7 – 10 days. Multiple attempts were made to contact this dealer and was nearly impossible. My kids didn’t get there bikes on time for their birthdays! Then the free gifts didn’t show up for nearly three weeks after that! It says you only get 3 items and the website still allows you to pick four. So, instead of giving me the goggles, the sent me a fabric bag, big surprise! They never address any of my concerns in emails IF they respond it is with something very short and seemingly irritated responses that don’t help me at all. I am not one of those wackos that expects the world, I simply expect to be treated fair and equitably by someone I just gave $ 1300 to. I think they should be put out of business and lose their license until they can prove they are capable of running a responsible company. Do not buy from these guys they are crooked. Pay the extra couple bucks and order from Amazon or another dealer or you’ll be waiting forever and treated rudely. Oh, one time I called to speak to «customer service» and the woman said, «I’ll have him call you when he gets out of bed, I mean, into the office.» What a JOKE!

I bought a fully-​assembled go kart from them. I paid extra for the assembly because I don’t know and don’t want to know how these things work. They processed and shipped my order very quickly and I was impressed by how fast it arrived. However, it arrived with the chain far too loose, making it undriveable.
When I called them for help, it took four business days, three voice mails and a half dozen emails to finally get a response. Then, it turned out to be a 5 minute fix, if only I had the knowledge.
I can’t explain how frustrating it is to have to tell my son that he can’t use his new go kart, for nearly a week, only to find out it was a simple fix that could have been done in minutes had someone only bothered to return my call.
Very disappointed with the after-​sales customer service.
