I purchased a groupon several weeks ago for permanent eyeliner. I scheduled the appointment 3 weeks out. When I called today to confirm my appointment, I was told that the girl who does the permanent eyeliner no longer worked there and that they could not honor my groupon. Some sort of phone call or notification that they could no longer honor the groupon would have been nice. These people have no respect for their clients and lack common courtesy.

I’ve been a regular at this salon for some time now, receiving skin care treatments by their Esthetician Jennifer Baughman. I showed up to my scheduled appointment only to learn that Jennifer no longer works there and that somebody else would be performing my treatment. The treatment that I received from an apparent licensed professional was TERRIBLE. I was scheduled to receive a microdermabrasion facial combination but only received a microdermabrasion because they had no product to perform the rest of my service. I find this highly unprofessional. I should have been notified that the technician I usually see no longer works there, giving me an option to cancel my appointment. I also think if they don’t have the means to provide my or anybody else’s full service, they shouldn’t be seeing any clients. Needless to say, I will not be returning to the salon and will try and locate the esthetician that performed a more professional treatment.

I bought a NOW Groupon for a Microdermabrasion and a 30 minute mini facial for First impression Salon Spa. Immediately upon purchasing the NOW Groupon I call the salon to make an appointment. I told the lady who answered the phone that I had purchased the Groupon and I wanted to make the appointment. I was put on hold for several minutes and when the lady finally came back to the phone she said«Sorry we don’t have any appointments for 5 days» The point of the NOW Groupon is to use it on the day you purchase it. I should have known something was wrong when they did not have any reviews on Unilocal.So i guess I have to go to Groupon and get my money back! If they are looking for new business this is NOT the way to do it!
