Burger King

The place is dirty in general. The drink station looked like it’d been attacked by toddlers or something. Trash and spilled soda everywhere. The guy behind the counter seemed clueless and didn’t appear to care much about it. The food took a long time to come out considering this was late afternoon and there were very few people in the restaurant. The order came out right, to my surprise because the kid had a difficult time communicating to me that he’d gotten it right and the receipt was near illegible. Look, I don’t eat at BK much anyway. I just happened to be getting my oil changed next door. But, I live in this town and a poorly run restaurant reflects poorly on the town and the people in it. Even if it is just fast food.

We stopped here the day after Christmas.
They made a mistake with our drive through order and I went in to ask for it to be fixed. They fixed our order and offered the original order to us as well. They were polite, I was polite, it was great.

Went into drive through. Did not understand what the young lady said on the intercom so I said, I didn’t understand you and she said in a hateful tone «I said hold on a minute». After about a minute she came back on and said «Now what would you like to order». I said Nothing and just drove away and went to Jack in the Box where the employees are nice and the food is better. No wonder I never see more than one or two cars at this place.

Marisa (MOD) was rude and argumentative with me and an 11 year old child (not mine but I saw it and heard it). Was hiding in office KNOWING there were problems out front. When I asked for a refund (not gonna lie I raised my voice after waiting 20 minutes for food) threw receipt back at me said she was not giving me one. Said she was going to call police. Funny when she refused refund, I had my sister call. When i told her police were on their way she gave me my refund. Had 3 – 4 people working out front and maybe two on back line. I use to manage a Burger King and was trained to never have more working the front then working in the back. Takes longer to make food then take the order! The 11 year old boy had to return his food twice then asked for a refund because it was made wrong and she argued with him.

Went to Burger King and order a veggie burger and onion rings. Veggie burger was good. But did not like the catsup on it. The onion rings taste like dough… could not taste any onions.
