I have been a customer for over 12 years, I have kept my account in these 12 years with a credit ballance just in case something were to go wrong, or out of town when the bill comesdue. Most of the time its several months in advance. Today was the first time I have had my water turned off due to a late payment of a month. It was an over site in my part, the worst part, I did not get a call, and I have not see a pink slip. I paid it prompt an over paid again. But this is the last time I will ever carry a credit balance with Bethesda. When you become nothing more than a number, trying to be a good person does not mean a damn thing to big companies. As of today, you will be paid at the last day the bill is due! I am done with corporate America. Whn you call you all you get is an hourly person on the phone, and they really don’t care. So Its done. I may just switch it all over to the well and be done with them 100%
