Subway

It is a mission to get a sandwich here in a reasonable time frame. The guy Faroque is either stuck in the matrix, a human sloth or the slowest human alive. This guy will not kick it up a notch even with 20 «hangry» people in line and his attitude is crap. Everyone here speaks very limited English so pointing is the standard operating procedure. Otherwise, the sandwich is the same as any other Subway.

The employee was so rude and just appeared generally unhappy to be at Subway. She also had a significant English language barrier. I corrected her on the order 2 times and she stated «that’s not what you said, you said Italian and I cut Italian». I was shocked she reacted in that manner, especially for something that trivial. Her tone and temperment throughout the order was very clear she was angry and didn’t care that the customer was aware. I rarely give restaurant reviews, and when I do, its for top notch service… this is one occasion where I felt others should know the type of employees that are operating at this store… and I can see now others have had similar expiriences.

Reminds me of the times when I was back in new york.

Ashrafun surely knows how to make a customer regret coming to this place. I’m sending my staff elsewhere with our orders.

Most Subways in the area are pretty consistent; the interior looks the same, carry the same toppings and promotions.
Reason for 5 Star: This Subway is well stocked with their ingredients from the bread to toppings and dessert (Cookies and chips) and drinks with varieties.
The line moves smoothly and quickly. Employees are friendly and careful enough with their listening to not mess up the order (at least not yet.)
*Just a heads up: Some Subway near Burke, VA (this area) are in lack of varieties or not well-​stocked. It’s safer to come here if you can make the trip!

If you come in around 8:30 to close be ready to get a sandwich that is made with no love. It’s like they hate the fact that they are open till 10.

I have only been in this location one time, but I didn’t have an experience here any different than any other Subway, better or worse. This was an average experience. I was getting food for me and the kids, we walked through the regular series of questions and paid for the order when we were done. The bread was good, the sandwiches tasted like they normally do from a Subway. I am glad I didn’t have the one star experience that a couple of others have had, but I can say that this place was on par for an average Subway.

I usually stop her in a rush! I found today that they did not hardly put any meat on my sandwich I ordered a subway club and I got 2 piece of ham 4 itty bitty piece of roast beef and the turkey was the only thing that looked like the right portion! For the money you pay this is unacceptable. Never going here again will go out if the way 5 minutes and go to the one off Braddock Road. They should be ashamed.

The manager at this Subway is really rude. He will barely give you any of the toppings you ask for. I mean, look. I get it. You want to save money and cut costs. But please be less blatant about how stingy you’re being with the toppings. When I worked at a Subway ages ago we would at least feed you that whole, «If I add anymore your sandwich might not close Sir» line. But here they give you dirty looks if you ask for a little more of any topping. I even got denied their breakfast sandwich because I was served 5 minutes after the cut-​off time. GUYS, I know you don’t put the ingredients away, because I was in line 10 minutes before cut-​off time and you had made the sandwich for the people ahead of me. Avoid.

I like this Subway. I have stopped by on my way home from work right before they close a few times and they have always welcomed me in. A-​OK. Cant beat the $ 5 foot longs
