Very responsible management!
My wife brought her white coat for dry cleaning in October. They sent it to another branch to clean. Return it back all damaged. We brought it back and asked for refund. They paid back cleaning fee and coat full price.
Everyone can do mistakes, but it’s very important to be responsible for your mistakes.

Never again! I took a favorite dress in and it was either lost or stolen. My dress and my patronage at Crest Cleaners are officially over. They didn’t even have an explanation for the whereabouts of my dress. They just shrugged their shoulders and said «too bad so sad»
