Provided nothing more than some fans for my flooded room. Then wanted to charge me over $ 3500k because insurance would cover the cost. Provided me with a bogus vague receipt that my insurance company laughed at. In the price column, wrote «TBD». Really professional, right? Now has come by my house numerous times to harass me.

The project manager and his crew were very concientious on this job. They went beyond the agreed on scope of work listed in the contract to try to please the customer. After cleaning and waxing the flooded floor, they cleaned all the furniture and moved it back in place.

911 Restoration was prompt and so professional in handling our house when when it was flooded due to pipe leak in February 2015. The project manager was all out and he did a great job. I will not hesitate to recommend 911 restoration to anyone who has similar problem.

In a flood emergency due to a burst pipe, 911 Restoration asked me to pay over $ 4,000 in advance for remediation services, insisting insurance would pay. Luckily, I got ahold of my insurance company who stated that one should never pay in advance. The remediation by another company ended up costing less than $ 1000. I would have never recouped that $ from my insurance.
