They don’t even deserved one star. The owner is fucked up guy. He has no customer service what so ever. He treats people his customers like a shit. He discriminates and he hates some people while he kisses others ass. He also over charges you don’t trust him with your credit card. I have seen him on my own eyes he was stealing credit card number he might does some credit card fraud.

I came to this spot with a friend on recommendation. We came in on a Sunday around 4pm and it was empty, which is to be expected of a hookah lounge at that time. The staff was pretty friendly and chatted me up while ringing the sale. Also nixed the cost of memberships for us which was cool.
However, as a hookah enthusiast, I can’t say I was completely thrilled by the experience.
To start, the shisha they sell is cheap. Al Fakher and cloud9, really? If I’m gonna be paying 18 bucks for a hookah, I expect AT THE VERY LEAST Starbuzz (which they had, but only that nasty Blue Mist flavor and few other not so great ones – sex on the beach was sold out). Flavor choices were limited to mostly fruity flavors, which is fine but some variety would’ve been nice. The coals they used burned out within 15 minutes and it took them a while to replace them even though the place was practically empty aside from what appeared to be a few regulars. Maybe I’m just a hookah snob or maybe I know better than to pay 18 bucks for 3 dollar shisha and quick burning coals, but either way I don’t recommend coming here if you are looking for a superior smoke.
Another thing I noticed was the variation between the hookahs. We lucked out and got a nice 36 inch Egyptian hookah but I noticed that the people next to us had a way smaller one that looked to be of lesser quality. Now I know that size isn’t everything but at the very least they should be aware of the fact that not every hookah smokes the same and some people might be having a better experience than others but paying the same amount. And that’s not fair.
I came here to support local business and I did that. Even bought a refill and drinks. But I’m not going to pretend like this is the best spot in all of Washington. It simply isn’t. I applaud the regulars for continuing to support them and I truly wish this business well but… I probably won’t be back unless somebody else is paying. This spot has a lot of business already though, so I’m sure I won’t be missed.

Hookah Enthusiasts: beware. This is not what you are looking for. You’re better off lighting up at home.
Newbies/Young’ns/Less Picky Smokers: Decent spot, good atmosphere after around 7pm, nice staff.
PS don’t use the bathroom. It’s pretty gross.

This is such a nice place! The owner really takes care of you and walks right up to his customers to make sure they’re happy and satisfied and make conversation. They have a good selection and lots of open space. It’s a bit out of the way for me, but I would definitely come back

I love this hookah lounge. Hershey is the best, he always wants to make conversation with his customers and keeps his customers happy. If there’s a problem, he will always fix it.
And the tea here, one word. Amazing and it’s only one dollar? Even better.
I always ask them to surprise me with any flavor and I’m never disappointed.
It’s a must go!

This hookah bar is one of the best hookah bars I’ve been to. The customer service here is fantastic. They have very good flavors, it is a nice environment, the workers are very nice & the owner is a very hard working man. I enjoy going to this hookah bar. I suggest you to go to this hookah bar and experience it yourself.

I came through last night. Went out of my way when I should of went home. Got greeted by my man Hershey who provided excellent costumer service to my date and I. Best I ever had. He checked on us making sure that we knew our hookah was on the way and was super outgoing and friendly.
The Sisha was on point and it hit with decent smoke. I did notice a little more wind movement than some other places though.
Music was good and the video playing on the projector were hilarious. (Babies dancing in roller skates and gorillas doing choreography dancing). Definitely gave us somethig to laugh at and talk about while hiring our hookah.
Overall I had great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back sometime for a visit. It was mainly due to the fact that they had great personalities working there.
