They’re always nice there. Small dining room. The drive through will make you feel like you’re cutting someone of or getting cut off, and it slows traffic down getting in and out of the strip mall.

Worst service ever! Drive thru had to wait for like 20 minutes and there was only two cars ahead of me and when I got to the register they didn’t even apologize for the long wait but had a nasty attitude.

I work in the same strip and try to avoid this location because it’s always so busy, but today I stopped in to get a breakfast sandwich and was treated with major disrespect. The lady taking my order was super nice and cheerful, but the lady making my sandwich was not on the same page. When she was finished, she called my name with the sandwich in her hand. When I went to reach for my sandwich, she looked me in the eye, sneered at me and tossed my sandwich on the counter and walked away. It was as if she didn’t want to hand it to me. I’ve never recieved such a look of disgust from a barista before and I won’t be going back to Starbucks for a long while.

Boooo!!! They were busy, I was waiting quite awhile for my drink, then when it finally is ready, it is wrong. I explained that it was wrong but I needed to leave and they didn’t even offer anything other than to wait for another drink(behind the other folks waiting). Yeah, I won’t be back. Horrible customer service and lengthy waits. I need to stop coming to this one but it is on my way to work. The drive thru tall male Ryan with a scruffy face and unkempt hair has minimal reasoning or problem solving skills. I have had two issues with wrong orders and over charging me and he just continues to shrug his shoulders. The manager in the morning tries to problem solve but not in the right way. For example I asked them how do I quickly see if they double charged me on my iPhone app because they went from over $ 11 to zero dollars for one drink and they scanned the thing twice. Both of them shrugged their shoulders said they didn’t know how to do it l. then the manager wanted to tie the drive-through up even more by taking my phone and trying to figure out in front of me. I would think that given a lot of people are using this app now the Starbucks employees should understand how it works. To make matters worse she inevitably shrugged her shoulders and just looked at me as if I should just drive off and disappear after they double charged me. It appears at least these two need to go back to training and customer service 101.

I came here in the morning for something delicious to drink and a croissant bacon egg sandwich. When you walk in the place it’s very relaxed, laid back, and very comfortable. I went to go order my things and the lady was just staring right through me and didn’t even say hello or good morning. She just stared through me and looked miserable. I ordered my food and she looked like it was a burden to take my order. I went inside because the drive-thru was so long. But then after I finally got my order taken, it took 15 minutes to get my order. By the time I got my order, they messed my coffee and my chai tea latte. Then they remade my chai tea latte and gave me my sandwiches, and I drove on my way to class. When I opened the bag to eat my sandwich, they had given me the completely wrong sandwich. It was not a croissant. The sandwich tasted horrible, not fresh at all. I couldn’t go back because I was going to be late to class. So I started drinking my chai tea latte; and it was no froth to it. It was horrible and flat, tasted like water with flavor in it. I was so aggravated because I love Starbucks and have never had an issue with the other ones that I go to so far. I will only go back to this one if I need to on my way to work or class. Other than that, from this one time of trying to grab a simple drink and sandwich, it was not worth going to or paying the money for the food or drink. I wasted my valuable time and money and will not be going back unless I absolutely need to, or if I want to give them a chance and see if they do better.

Very slow service, both drive thru and in the lobby. Sometimes that service is good, but hit and miss. On numerous occasions my very simple order was messed up multiple times without fail. The seating inside is nice and fireplace is nice. Came back the next day. They messed up again. Also decided they are not good listeners.

Every time I go to this place, the service is so slow that I have to wonder why it would take coffee-making process so long. I mean… Starbucks isn’t a restaurant! It’s a coffee spot. Unless this place is always short-staffed, the wait should never be more than 10 minutes. I’ve gone to other Starbucks locations, and the service is always swift and smooth.

There are about three other Burien Starbucks. Skip this one and drive two extra blocks and head over to a different one. They don’t pay attention to the customers inside the establishment itself and they only are concerned with pushing the drinks through the drive thru first. You could get there when there are six cars at the drive through and still not have your drink when the new caravan of people arrive. Then when they actually get to your drink expect a lot of it to be dribbling off the side of your cup and on your clothes due to how fast they rushed it out.

Don’t go inside… They put all effort to the drive through and don’t care about the guests inside. Food and drink quality the same as always… The woman at the register(Oti) just stood there with this blank look on her face, when she could have been helping… The three people working the drive through were more interested in their social lives. And were laughing and being snarky about drive through customers. The only nice person was the blonde middle aged woman making drinks on the inside! Sorry I didn’t catch her name.

This is the last time we are coming here. THISLOCATIONSHOULDBECLOSEDDOWN!!! 1. The drive through layout is terrible! Makes no sense! And every time we get to the order screen, the dumb barista says«I’ll be with you shortly». Are they trained to say this here? 2. She was itching it today, it was practically bleeding, then handing out drinks to customers in drive through. 3. WEWAITED20 minutes in the drive through line and there were only 3 cars ahead of us. We finally get to the window and they still charge us for the drinks! Astounding! The best location in the area is the Lowes parking lot at midway… YES I TRAVEL10MILESSOUTHANDPASS4STARBUCKSONTHEWAYTOGETTOTHATONE. I’ll never return to this one and neither should you! Starbucks you need to close this location permanently! You should be ashamed of yourself!

I have no idea why the drive thru was designed to cross over into the parking lot. It’s idiotic. But ignore it, park in the main parking lot, and go inside. Great service, and I’m a tricky person who orders misto drinks only filled up ¼ with Pike. This never fails to baffle every barista I come across… But there’s always a shift manager at this one able to explain what I want. That’s all I can ask for!

Just fix the drive thru for Gawds sake. Not only is it a problem as a patron but it also holds up the flow of traffic throughout that area, making it unsafe for people to be in that general space. This scenario is ridiculous and whomever planned the layout was on crack. The last few days, the drive thru has been closed with cones but I have yet to see any construction. Please let this be the start to designing a more efficient process to get your joe on the go. Momma needs her special juice and you can’t have her business until you gets yours in order!
