They close when they close. :| Waste of time. Make sure you call first just I case they are having an unprofessional, I can’t follow my posted and advertised hours kind of day.

This is my go-to mom and pop donut shop. The donuts are fresh and delicious every time I go in, and the gentleman who owns it is friendly and kind to my kids. I also(oddly enough) appreciate that they close the shop when that day’s donuts have sold out. There’s something refreshing about a place that has boundaries.

Always walked by this place because my wife goes to the waynes next door. Finally tried it and it’s pretty good. The price is good and the donuts are really fresh. It’s nice and fluffy unlike the«fresh» donuts from the grocery stores. Try going in the morning as they run out pretty quick. It can get busy at times. Definitely give it a try.

One of our country’s disappearing treasures is the family owned and operated donut shop. Lucky Donut is one such destination. The friendly baker/proprietor offers up his fresh baked good Monday through Saturday. Their donuts have just the right texture; they’re not leaden blocks like Top Pot or tasteless like Safeway’s. He has a wide selection but you can’t wait too late in the day or you’ll go without — I got there about noon one day and it was pretty well sold out, though I did get a nice muffin.

This place wad just barely okay. We came here on 6⁄6 in the morning before 9.30. We got an apple fritter, a chocolate iced donut, and a glazed donut. They all seemed to be leftover from the night before. For being a donut shop, and it being MORNING, I’d expect fresh. Also, do not ever buy their iced coffee. It’s $ 4 for iced coffee from one or those premix cartons you can get from Grocery Outlet for $ 3. And its gaggy sweet. I’m someone who likes super sweet, and I threw it out. Old review, didn’t realize it didn’t post. From 6÷13÷15.

How cool to have a genuine, old fashioned donut shop nearby. My daughter and I love this place! One time I arrived to an empty display case; the baker had gone missing. Made the old fashioned way. With people. I highly recommend, for all ages

OMG. For months, I’ve been SEARCHING for a delicious donut, after being pretty disappointed with everything. THESEAREPERFECT. Fluffy, light, flakey, with the perfect oily donut flavor that lets you know it came from a small shop. I got a chocolate triangle and it was amazing. This is my new donut destination: P

Best donuts around! Trust me, I know donuts! I sure do wish they were open on Sundays though.

I was really excited to try this place after I read about them in Red Tricycle. We had a bacon maple bar — SOYUMMY! My oldest son had jelly filled and said they were the best he every ate. I liked that they had a red, fruity icing for most of their doughnuts. I would have liked to have seen some more creative flavor choices, but was very happy with my buttermilk doughnut.

In honor of national donut day and because our girls wake up at 5am the hubby decided to bring home a dozen donuts from lucky donuts to try out! We figured they would be nice and fresh because he got there around 6am, but when I tried them around 7, I was left underwhelmed… some donuts were soft, others tasted just like grocery store donuts… None were bad, but what donut is really bad anyways? I probably wouldn’t come back but if in the area and craving a donut I would stop in.

I stumbled across this place yesterday and it was really good! The owners seem to enjoy people coming in and saying high, be warned though they run out of product around 11am or so! They just means what they make sells fast and there is a reason why, because it’s flipping delicious that’s why! Very clean place and prices are great! Try the simple glazed doughnut you will thank me once you did!

Very good donuts, overall. Coffee was fine, a decent restaurant blend like Farmer Brothers, or the like, hot and fresh. Get there early, when they are out of fresh donuts, they close up shop.

Love love love their maple bacon bar! The doughnut was light and fluffy and the maple frosting was the perfect amount of maple to sweet. Actually I love all their donuts that I have tried! They all looked so good ended up leaving with a dozen when I have a family of three! They have filled, chocolate, frosted, sprinkles and everything in between! Have great amount of each flavor when I showed up in the afternoon. Which is so nice to not just have 3 options! The lemon filling was not my favorite. My daughter loved the pink frosted with sprinkles! The man working was super sweet with my daughter, he asked her which one she wanted. Which as a toddler she loved someone asking her opinion. The shop is easy to find with a great amount of parking. Also has good amount of seating inside! Great donuts, great location, great staff, great price what else could be better!

Great, fluffy, sweet donuts. Baverian cream filled donut and the raspberry filled donut were amazing. Life changing for someone like me who hails from Florida and only eats donuts from places like Dunkin Donuts and Krispy Kreme. The raspberry jelly tasted sweet but with a fresh aftertaste and the dough was nice and soft, pretty much melting in your mouth. The Bavarian crème was pretty much a special occasion for me when I tried it because I have been searching the perfect Bavarian crème donut and this is definitely it. Now to the downsides. The coffee not very good. The iced coffee, comes out of a carton. Finally the cake donuts aren’t that good. That’s why I gave it three stars. The place needs a revamp in the décor, and maybe needs to invest some money in a barista machine.

The donuts were OK. I went a little later in the day(~noon) on a weekend so the selection was limited, but I expected that. But what I did get(maple bar, glazed cinnamon swirl) were chewy. I didn’t think the texture was really great. The flavor was good. But, I’ve had better closer to Seattle, so it wasn’t worth going out of my way to.

I love this place for a few reasons. First, it’s just a great donut place. Second, there’s always plenty of inventory left by the time we arrive on Saturdays. Third, the owners are really pleasant and thoughtful. Love it.

Lucky Donuts was recommended to me when I first moved to South Seattle by a local who knew his donuts – lifelong truck driver. He was right. Lucky has made a confection that is somehow fried, but still light and fluffy. I recommend the maple and chocolate bars, but everything is great at Lucky Donuts.

Ehh. They have sweets, none look too appealing… Probably because I am strawberry sprinkle donut lover and here they have a lot of cake donuts that I’m don’t like. So, the only strawberry sprinkle was on a cake donut… So I had to settle for something else. And now that I’m at work I don’t even want it because the icing has slightly melted making it look even less okay than when I picked it… The coffee is like dirty water, doesn’t even taste like coffee… I don’t even know why I’m giving two stars… Should be one. Please make strawberry sprinkle donuts on normal donuts… And I’ll go but them all.
