Brennan Tim Optical

I have been a customer of Tim Brennan Optical for over 5 years. Their eye exams are excellent, and the quality of the product they provide is excellent. Prices are what you would expect if you were paying regular price, but when my insurance doesn’t cover the whole amount, they at times will work with you to bring the price down and find rebates without even being asked. Their service has met or exceeded my expectations every visit.

I will never return here!
I came here about 2 week ago to get 2 pairs of glasses fixed. They said they would get them done in a bout 2 bussiness days. 4 bussiness days passed and no phone call!
i called them myself the first guy was very rude!
Said he was busy and would call back in a second, i had to call back after 10 min. HE gave the phone to another person and he told me he was JUST starting to fix one of the pairs of glasses!
I was outraged, why so long?!!
I waited tough, When my mom came to pick them up (few days after the phone call) i saw that one of the pairs was completely WRECKED!!! Melted on one side, i couldn’t even sell the frame if i wanted to (they were designer glasses). At least they dint charge me for them.
Overall: Bad customer service, very RUDE, just people who don’t give a crap.

I’ve always had great experiences here! They’ve been around forever… I actually got my first pair of glasses here when I was about 12 (I’m 29 now), and I’ll continue to go back. I regularly get my contacts here, but a couple years ago I broke down and bought new frames and lenses. I felt like I got a fantastic deal on some very cute frames and my glasses were ready in about a week. They are always great at working with my schedule for exams and fast with my orders. It’s never next day or anything like that, but I don’t mind waiting a little longer so I can support a small business :)

I had my annual eye exam done here and that was great. The service was great.
But I went in because I have been having eye pain and found out I have astigmatism and need glasses.
It has been three weeks and I have yet to get a call back about my glasses. They told me it would only take a week; I even had to call last week to see what’s going on and there was still no real answer.
I am calling them back today and asking for my prescription and purchasing my glasses elsewhere.
