Taking off a star for styrofoam and plastic take out containers, not environmentally friendly. Order is always ready when I arrive, food is off the charts good and generous servings, very cute place to eat in, great location, friendly and attentive.

I use to order and eat in from here all the time and it was great. I’m not sure if it’s under new ownership or what?! But the past 4 times I’ve ordered not once has order been correct! The guy answering the phone is rude and apparently can’t hear, since no orders are delivered correctly! Also delivery took over an hour! And this most recent time again not only is order wrong but what was delivered was tasteless and disgusting! I have tried to give several chances for them to do better but never again will I order food from here!

Update — The interior has been entirely renovated with new management and it’s a lot nicer inside here now. (In my previous review I stated that this place is best for delivery/​pickup.) Food seems to be the same quality/​menu, so still good!

I’m usually a bit more selective with ordering take out. Particularly with Chinese food. Why did I let my guard down today? So disappointed! I was disgusted by everything I ordered. Thai ice tea was ok but I usually have better elsewhere. Orange chicken and beef w broccoli horrible. Bland tasteless sauce, not crispy, I rather have ate liver! Fried rice thumbs down. Egg roles thumbs down. Wontons and Fried shrimp was mediocre. And plain white rice was ok who can go wrong with that. I spent a lot of money and got a lot of food that I feel bad for about to trash but debating giving away to local homeless but that may not be considerate to them. I’m pregnant and had a craving and lost my appetite. And my boyfriend dislikes it as well so no one to pass the food along to.
Had to come back and add about the egg drop soup! Gross! I think I am literally done with Chinese food in general now

Literally made a Unilocal account just to leave this place a review — I was very disappointed! I ordered the combo pan fried noodles and fried dumplings for delivery. The noodles were BURNT TO A CRISP. Maybe 10% of it was actually even edible. The dumplings tasted like they were hours old. I will never be ordering food here again, and you shouldn’t waste your money either.

We used Wok To Go for catering our employee lunch to celebrate the start of the Chinese New Year. The manager and staff were great to work with. They helped us stay under budget and were very generous. The food was GREAT — many of our employees went back for seconds. We will definitely use them again in the future! :)

I really enjoy the lunch specials here. There are many dishes to select from, including crowd favorites like orange chicken, kung pao chicken, and sesame chicken. What, you don’t know sesame chicken? It’s slightly crispy, slight tangy, and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Lunch special comes with rice (steamed or fried), soup, and a veggie egg roll. Go with steamed rice. Their fried rice is a little weird. Just rice tossed on a wok with a little soy sauce, without veggies or egg like would get from most other places.
The staff is fine. It’s what you’d expect from a Chinese restaurant. Don’t take it personally if they just want to serve you with efficiency.

I’ve been coming here religiously for the past 6 months. I work a walking distance from here and it’s just perfect! The food is consistently delicious! The service is great! The girl who is there always suggests great dishes! She’s always nice and attentive! I’m pretty sure I’ve tried almost everything on the menu. A great price and even better prices!

I used to love coming to eat here! But now that the restaurant has new owners, it’s completely TERRIBLE! Prices increased but that’s nothing; what made me decide to never come back was the hostess/​waitress. She was so rude! My mother and I felt as if we were rushed to eat and we couldn’t even enjoy our food. She never came by to see if we needed anything. My mother had to ask for napkins and she only gave us one each.
That’s not all, we saw how she handled a man who looked homeless and another family who came in to eat. Let me just say, it was so disrespectful.
Never coming in again and never recommending to friends.

Really sad to have to leave this review. I have tried this place a few times and really liked the food and the customer service was okay. BUT, I just walked in and as I was looking at the menu at the counter, the woman getting take out orders ready must have realized they accidentally put peanuts in the order. I then saw her peeking over at the customer as she was trying to dig in the food and pull them out one by one. I had to say something, because if that person had allergies, it could have caused them to have a life threatening allergic reaction.
Not cool and gross.

I ordered takeout with a
coupon and had a nice experience. The staff knew about the discount and didn’t make a fuss that some places do. It was nice customer service all around. I really can’t understand the 1-​star reviews. I’m sure at the moment something happened that didn’t happen to me.
I’m a large portion kind of a guy and they did not disappoint. The prices are bit higher than anything in Monterey Park, but this is not Monterey Park or some sketchy area which I’ve been know to go to for good food and lower prices. D’oh! I’m pretty sure retail space in Burbank in higher so it is understandable.
They do have smaller and larger portion options on their entrees. Not sure what the smaller portions are.
The fried dumplings are actually fried and not simply pan fried which was disappointing.
I’m on the fence of a 3 or 4 star review, but as I get older I like to lean towards being optimistic and generous.
Will someday have to comeback.

Very disappointed. Must be new owners. The nice couple that owned it is gone. Prices have gone up, waiters now… white shirts and black vests… yelling at each other, very unprofessional. Yelling at the cook and the delivery man as well.
Food not great. One lady came in and asked about vegetables being added to a certain dish, and was refused. She left.
What I ordered was OK, to go, not great
I was not impressed. Sometimes change is not good.
Wok To Go… well, I’m gone.

The Service: Wonderful! New management about two months ago. Staffs are very friendly and efficient. Food is served very quickly.
The Food:
BBQ Fried Rice — Good portion; however, wish there are more BBQ pork.
Orange Chicken — Whole size… perfect to share! Big portion, lots of chicken. Not too much sauce and not either too sweet or sour. I like it.
The Parking: Big plaza parking lot, sharing with a market and many other retailers. During lunch time, might be crowded but can always find a parking spot.

The only star this place gets is for the poor guy running the register.
I came with my son for dinner, and after some very awkward and inattentive service by our waiter (whom I get the impression is one of the owners?), he just LEFT.
The food was passable, but they served the mushu already rolled, which is indicative of a sub-​par restaurant.
We waited 20 minutes after eating before we came up to the counter to ask where our waiter was. It turned out he left for a delivery in the middle of dinner service. The embarrassed young man at the counter discounted our order by 50% and apologized.
He was sweet, and I appreciate the gesture, but I won’t be back.

one of my favorite Chinese foods is Shrimp and tofu soup!
Pros: DELICIOUS FOODS, CHEAP, nice employees and owner, fast and clean
Cons: not find yet.
I was heading to LA after had a meeting near by Burbank, my co-​workers and I was craved to get Chinese food for take out. When I was Unilocaling Chinese food, this place just pop up. The place seems like very old and the picture in reviews were not looking good so I worried. But I was really hungry and needed to get any kind of food. While I waiting for the food, owner (?)employee (?) they are all so nice and very friendly.
However I came back to my office (LA) and the soup was still hot and it was VERY VERY DELICIOUS! Even the fried rice, and egg rolls, they all so yummy! I really love shrimp and tofu soup and I never had this delicious one! My co-​workers got other kind of dishes but they all LOVE their dishes! I highly recommended to my friends and they probably love this place. I am really happy to find this place!
