Customer service horrible .
Irritating employee working at this place. Told him just looking came to me atleast 4 times and following me like I have stolen some thing. Just passed by as didn’t know there is another vitamin store beside GNC but not a good experience at all and went to the best guys working downstairs at GNC which is alot better then this guy here at vitamin world.
Will never recommend any one to go to this place .
Go to GNC instead they are way better and way better prices as well.

Customer service: Excellent. They seem honest, and mighty helpful. Add to the patience and the knowledge that they have, I would not go downstairs to GNC instead… They are more affordable and the store is just a happier environment.
They also have a club/​member program, which gives you a bigger discount, and also allows you to make some vitamin bucks back for your use in a quarterly system. I highly recommend this place for any Burbankians who want vitamins, protein, or health products and have questions that need answers!
This place will not empty your wallets.

I go to this Vitamin World all the time [ for about three years now]. I tried going to to GMC for a while once, and it got too expensive. The NO Explode is always on special for members with $ 22 off. Plus you get points every quarter.
The customer service is always great, and always helpful.
